This hotel is amoung the best choices when staying in Mainz/Frankfurt. Across from a shopping center. Restauraunts and fast food. Near Opel Arena near the German Natl. TV broadcaster ZDF. Great Breakfast and hotel bar. Friendly staff. Great experience.

I didnt like that I couldnt stay longer.

The location.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was far below expectations. There were small hairs and dirt on the blankets and pillows, and stains on the toilet seat. The lighting in the room was okay but not really sufficient, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and unstable. The breakfast was below average and didn’t meet expectations. The staff were polite but didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable stay for the price.

Very clean and great location for shops and last minute meals

No fridge or kettle for baby bottle necessities.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, the bathroom is not too small. The staff are really friendly. You can find a big market close if you need to buy anything special.

Airco was pretty loud, so I turned it offParking costs 10 euro for one Night.

I booked for 4 adults and 2 children, but the hotel kept on saying that the booking did not have any children and it is my problem, I will never book through booking.com again

We only stayed for one night - just to sleep before competitions. No problems, slept well, beds are comfortable, it is quiet around. We liked the hotel.

The room. Was comfortable and spotless and clean. The common areas were pleasant..It is much nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. The bed was super comfortableI also liked that McDonald's is direct in front of the hotel allowing me to have a hot drink in my room before bed. It was super convenient.

Parking even for a blue badge holder was. Charged.The breakfast was a disappointment considering the high cost. Most things were there but the taste was not. I did not enjoy my breakfast at all. Generally the staff who were looking after us during our visit were efficient but none had any joy in their work. It felt sad and I minimized my interactions so as not to feel their irritation.

Everything is ok, looks like dormitory, carpet was dirty.

Price foundation. We did a booking one month before arrival, at the day of check in prices were less than we paid.

Hotel is very outdated, definitely not 4* star hotel, it’s maybe 3* but not 4!At breakfast all plates, cups are very old scraped, out of 5 plates 2 were clean same applies to cups!Breakfast was very simple not big variety like other places!

Nothing at all

unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Upon entering my room, I discovered a large spider, which was quite alarming. Instead of addressing my concern directly, the staff offered excuses about how "they come in during this weather."This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a guest, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and comfort, and encountering a spider in my room certainly detracted from that experience.While I understand that insects can sometimes find their way indoors, I believe that proper pest control measures should be in place to prevent such occurrences. It would have been more reassuring if the management had acknowledged the issue and taken responsibility rather than providing excuses.I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their pest management practices for future guests. This format expresses your dissatisfaction clearly while encouraging the hotel to improve its services.

Room great, comfortable and clean. staff friendly and value for money.

Everything except car parking. Staff, facilities, food were exceptional.

Car parking needs to be better, couldn't get my van into the only space that was available. Parked elsewhere and then got blocked in.

Friendly and helpful staff especially the young receptionist who reminded me that I had got out of the lift on the wrong floor.

Could do with a gluten free option for breakfast, i.e. cereal, bread.

No parking, it is just too small.

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. You'll find parking spaces in front of the hotel. Big rooms with a lot of space to store your belongings. Free safe is very good.

The rooms have carpets, which i don't really like, because you can see some dirt on it. Very few parking spaces for a hotel situated outside of the city center.
