Clean rooms, good breakfast

The room was very noisy

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room and the facility were very clean! It was a great location being right opposite the Mainz Hbf.

This was not at all a big issue but a separate light that is not too bright for reading in bed would have been nice.

The hotel’s location was directly across from the train station, the front desk is staffed 24 hrs and staff were eager to please. I had a solo room with a comfortable twin bed. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection.

My room had shag carpeting, including on the luggage bench. There was an odd chemical odor at first, which could have been some mixture of cleaning products used. It went away after some time, but did give me a slight headache. The shower leaked under the bifold shower door, which also opened inward. The room and decor are very outdated.

just opposite rail station but still quiet. Lovely breakfast. Good sized room . really good price for all the facilities.

could have used help with suitcase as elderly and lift didn't go to top floor.

I was missing a kettle or coffee maker. Also, I personally do not like carpeted rooms or the style of the rooms overall.

Fantastic that you could reserve the sauna area for yourself; very comfortable! Cheap parking (6 EUR per 24 hours + a one-off starting fee of 6 EUR).

The area around the central station is heavily regulated. It would be good if the hotel could provide the precise address of the parking garage entrance, since there's what you would need to drive first of all (messy to first drive to the hotel entrance: better to drive straight to the garage to begin with!)

Very clean and the staff answer to all of your questions. The hammam is exceptionnal too

Really good hotel. Close to all public transport and a great location. Always taxis in line at the train station. The staff is very polite and pleasant. If you need a snack or something to eat and drink, there are great little shops and restaurants at the train station across the street at good prices. The breakfast at the hotel is really good and it is great to have both a safe and air conditioning in the room. Clean room, very good beds that we slept well in. I have nothing bad to say about it except maybe the fluffy thick carpets on the floor could be removed.

prime location right opposite the railway,tram ,bus station. very convenient to commute . lot of choices of restaurants close by . supermarket too

Location superb across from Mainz Hbf. Breakfast was good, room was large and excellent.

Check in was quick, friendly and easy. This is literally a several minute walk from Mainz Hbf, the main train station. We stay here before flying out of Frankfurt Airport FRA. The S bahn is only 25 minutes, runs every half hour, and is 3.30 EUR. It's an easy walk to say goodbye to the Rhine, walking through a park as you go. Zenz Wirtshaus is a minute walk for an authentic German meal and good beer selection. Photo shows view from the room.

I loved the location - On the central train station and walking distance from the old city. I also loved the staff - both the night person and the two day people went out of their way. The room itself was very basic. The amenities also. The room did not have a USB connection to charge my phone (though staff helped out by giving me their chargers). I did not have the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was excellent as it was only a short walk to the old town.

Noisy location opposite the main station and bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the decor was very dated.

Pillow was the most comfortable vs. the many hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Bathroom (and room in general) was spotless. Breakfast was more than adequate - HUGE variety of breads. Location was perfect if travelling by train.

Everything was Good or Very Good. The only thing that I would have asked for is a TV station in English (BBC, CNN or similar). An un-stocked 'fridge would have been more convenient.
