Hotel Havana

The location was perfect.

It is called hotel but it is more like a hostel.No stuff avaliable, a kind of a basic apartment.

The location was very convenient, and the host was easy to reach, the apartments were big.

The wifi barely worked.

Good position to visit the city.

Cleaning to be improved in the common spaces, in some areas of the apartment and of some furniture (spare pillow, couch, kettle). The bathroom is recently renovated but the rest of the apartment definitely needs some renovation, too. Guests are asked to leave the kitchen clean but are not provided with kitchen towels. Cannot really be defined a hotel as there are no hotel services. Definitely overpriced.

This hotel is a SCAM!Receptionist wouldn't let me in, and refused to refund my fee.When I wrote a bad review about the hotel, they were suddenly able to communicate, and demanded I delete my review. When I said I wouldn't do that, as everything I wrote was correct and accurate, they started harassing and talking about where I'm from.

The room is very spacious, and I'm very satisfied with the facilities. The owner from Azerbaijan contacted me in advance to check when I would be arriving at the hotel, which shows great responsibility.

The hotel is opposite the congress center at foot distance form the city center. The train station is about 20 minutes away.Check in/out was easy and the room was quiet despite looking at the main street.

Location is excellent

It is described as a hotel but it has no amenities at all! No reception! Had to make an international call to get the key. No A/C unit had to stick a hose out the open door. Then the traffic on the main road is very heavy, even late at night. There’s a fridge but not even a bottle of water.

Short walk to great restaurants, cafes, and town square.

I really liked the ambience of the room. It was super clean with good heating system. Plus location is very accessible to visit museum, Christmas market etc.

Very pleasant stay, our second time here. Nice big rooms or mini flat, very clean and quiet even though it is right next to big road. Perfect location for center of town and two great restaurant literally in the same building. Also great value for money and very nice manager.

Simple but adequate accommodation within walking distance of the Dom, the Gutenberg Museum and other sights in the inner city of Mainz. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

I didn't miss anything.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities. Photos can often be misleading, but my room lived up to the photos. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit. The property is also centrally located, so I could get wherever I needed to go by foot.
