Really close to the center. The room was big enough and very clean. In the common area there is a fridge with drinks and some snacks to buy. Also free coffee downstairs and tea in the room. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great place in a good location, clean and very cozy room

The apartment is new and very clean, room is spacious and bright, we even have a mini coffee machine in our room and another in common hall.

My room is facing the street, so it could be very loud if you want to open the windows in the summer. When the windows are closed it's fine.

Very secure rooms on the third floor, I was able to just roll my bike into the escalator which was nice. Great room with everything you needed.

I still have to get used to just getting sent a pin code and room number, never saw a single soul there. Then again I was too tired to have a conversation :o)

It was clean and in a good location

The coffee machine was broken in my room and there was no kettle. The towels were small. I did not recive the invoice, although I asked for it in repeted times.

After 18:00 there was no body on reception to check in and no body was answering on phone calls only luckily some one from guests was ho out for smoke and open main door and then i found keys in the room door lock without idea were is my room i just took random room.

Accommodation was very good, clean and fresh. Location is very good, in the middle of the city center. Staff very kind.

The landlord was nice and dealt with the problem in a positive manner, although the problem is still there. Of course the landlord was quick to return the message. The rest of the bathroom was well appointed and the hot water was great.

For example, the room was not heated, emden very cold weather, I slept in the unheated house for three days, freezing cold back home.The bed is not very firm. What I can't quite get over is that two days ago my house smelled musty, the curtains in my room suddenly fell in the middle of the night, and the bed followed whenever people moved. After I indicated these problems to my landlord, he offered to help us change hotels. When I inquired about it the next day, the landlord said that I still needed to pay for the hotel. The room was not heated I responded to the landlord the next day after noticing it on the first night, but it was not dealt with properly and no compensation was paid, overall very disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to go back.

Great prise for the accomodation. It is really near the centrum, and it is really good for staying in Emden for a few days. It is clean and quiet. Big rooms, and comfy interior. Friendly and helpful owner.

I thought, this is a really early stage hotel, because it lacks basic needs like stable wi-fi, I don't know, if this is the case. And the blankets were too thin, it wasn't warm enough for a winter stay.
