Pros +
- The room was comfortable and the area was quiet at night so I slept well. The hotel is "tired" but my room was very clean.I was able to park my bicycle securely in the underground carpark of the hotel where the check in is which is only 100ms away.

Cons -
- I paid on Booking.com in advance, I was asked to pay again on check out. I queried this on booking.com and in a direct call with the hotel and no one is acknowledging the double payment. I am clearly due a refund and the hotel is ignoring my requests for this.
- At least half decent/workable WIFI
- That we had to use another Hotel next door for check in and breakfast on the first day

Very good breakfast with Ostfriesentee, natural light in the bathroom.
No aircondition
The location was good for us - a medium walk to the Town Centre. The food & drinks at the sister hotel, Park Hotel, just down the road were excellent. Parking was located in front of the hotel on a first come first served basis.
Rooms were nice and clean
Reached evening and hotel was closed. Reception not manned...for reception walk down 2/ bldgs for a different hotel?This should be mentioned while accepting reservations.
