Then ongoing travel was further delayed due to severe weather, again hotel sorted out extended stay at short notice, couldn't have been more helpfull.

- We were redirected to a guest house instead of staying in the main hotel, and there was no elevator. The breakfast selection was limited, and there are other hotels in much more central locations. Honestly, I do not think this property deserves its star rating.
- When you have a " Ruhetag" on a sunday en you close your bar, restaurant and sauna, you should mention at time of reservation and charge less than normal. And a TV not in front of the bed ???
- The website does say that the sauna is currently not operating which is correct but disappointing. My room (323) was in the part directly across from the main hotel. The entrance area feels and looks dated and is if needs painting.

The place works for me for business travel purposes. Easy to reach, quiet and comfortable. Everything works, no hassle.

Very good hotel. Nice staff and gigantic room. Close to the center. Very clean. And even with the wedding in the hotel, you didn't hear a thing from them.
Beds a bit hard for my taste. Probably could have asked for a topper though. Bread rolls are not from a bakery, but everything else at the breakfast was very tasty.

Staff was not very kind, had to switch rooms since they do not offer an elevator in the guest house. Asked for rooms to be close, they were across the street.No outside lights on the hotel or street. Did not feel safe after the sun went down.
