Hotel Am Fischmarkt

1 night stay. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast. My single bed was larger than I expected which was great. Able to check in earlier. Location was awesome. Right in the middle of the historic old town. The room was modern but the building had old world charm. The stairs were manageable but I only had a backpack so not much to carry.My room was overlooking the square. I knew this would make it nosier because of the restaurants below, but loved the view from the window. I was there in October so the evening wrapped up early and I was not bothered by noise. I didn't see any air-conditioning however because I was there in late fall the temperature in the room was just right.

I would've liked the option of a couple of different pillows to choose from. I personally find European pillows are often too fluffy and soft. Someone else might think they're great. I'm sure if I would've asked for another pillow they would have given me one. It was just for one night so I didn't bother.

i had late arrival. a bit of confusion with the codes but it was resolved immediately by staff through the out-of-hours help phone number.

Yes, there is no parking outside & there are many stairs...but what would you expect in a 300 yr old building in the middle of an old town. It is what it is & we loved it.

The breakfast is alwaus prepared freshly and the location in the centre of the historic town cannot be beaten with lots of bars and restaurants as well as sightseeing opportunities in walking distance. The room was exceptionally spacious as we had an appartment with two stories.

There was no bacon for breakfast and the parking situation is not fantastic but alright.

Breakfast was GREAT. Many food selections, which were constantly refreshed all morning. Even special orders were provided (soft boiled egg). Modern bathroom. Great location in city center, close to shopping areas & banks.

Brilliant location in the most beautiful historic location. Appartement was spacious and excellent value for money. Breakfast was delicious.

A bit intermittent wi-fi, but we use internet through mobile, so not an issue for us.

Lots of stairs to climb to get to room. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Step down from beds to bathroom needs to be highlighted as difficult to see in low light/night time. We kept the bathroom light on every night so neither of us stumbled when we had to get up.

Beautiful town. The apartment was very spacious and located right in the center of town. Nice beds.

Old building means no elevator. Steep stairs. For en apartment this size they could have found space for a kitchenettte. Only a tiny fridge there.

Right in town. Nice ambience. Parking not far away and fair price.

Furniture partly old. Some windows with defects. Breakfast was not that special.

The hotel is located in the old centre of the small town, wonderful! Personell was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

1 bed out of 3 in the corner of the smallest bedroom is shorter, then looks more convenient for children only.

The location is wonderfull. Even if it is located in the center of the town, it is very calm and very pleasent. Also the staff is very nice and profesional.

Room with a very low ceiling and small bathroom. We stayed in the house next to the hotel, so not in the main hotel building.
