havenhostel Stade - Hotel

New, clean, and value for money.

This was our 3rd time staying at havenshotel as 1-night stopover. The location is great. Easy to find by car and large parking available at the hotel, while only a 5-minute walk to the town center. The family room is also of good size for a family of 4 and the beds are comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was a private party at the hotel the evening of our stay. Although we were staying on the 3rd floor, we could still very well hear the music of the party. This only stopped at 3am! Very disappointing seems there seems to be no plan to improve on this based on our interaction at the check-out.

Good location . Friendly staff, good parking , quiet

Breakfast was excellent. Wide delicious range of food. Free parking with a lot of space.Night light underneath the bedside tables which turns automatically on when you get your feet down on the floor.

Small minor thing would be the shower glass divider id a bit short, so water will sprinkle to the floor out side the shower.

Staff extremely helpful and nice. Clean. Close to old town center. Perfect oh did I mention great price

Best hotel in my life. Really! Very clean, comfortable room, with nice sundeck and garden at the front. Great bicycle storage room with power socket. Nice cleaning service (if refused, then you will receiv a voucher for 5 Euro to the hotel's bar).

It was a lovely hotel very clean good size rooms and staff where very helpful and 5 min away from the town

Breakfast was very good

The welcoming was not the best. We had the impression that we bothered when we arrived. Honestly, it rarely happened to me before.

Great hotel for the money. Clean and big rooms. Nice clean bathroom. Booked a room for a family of 4 and got a hotel room with two bedrooms. Amazing.

Super quiet. Flexible check-in.

Personel wanted to double charge us for the stary. Also, we have been extra charged for breakfast. We're waiting for the refund. Hopefully we'll get it.The breakfast wasn't good at all.

Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and shower was great. Hotel is walking distance from the city and convenient with free parking.

Beds and pillows were not very comfy.

Nice personnel, good location close to the city and close to Elbe river as well as 'Altes Land' - huge fruit growing area with many old style houses, very nice room.

Do not have e-car charging station even though claimed on the booking page.Bed which had two mattresses instead of one queen sized mattress

Hotel is modern, everything works, breakfest very good. Town is nice too.

My welcome e-mail stated reception would be manned til 22.30 but on arrival at 22.10 it was all shut up. I called the helpline and a nice woman in Bremerhaven guided me through self check-in. A bit stressful at first though!

The layout and design of the room was excellent and everything was clean and well prepared. I bought the breakfast which was good and also enjoyed its location close to the town.

Modern building, good architecture. Parking

Very simple, cheap looking room design. Stayed in Suite with small kitchenette. Some appliances made frewuently sounds to wake one up. No table at which one could have eaten. Room cold day and night. Very small radiator and under floor heating (if there was one) didn't work.
