- Arrived at Cuxhaven by very late running steamship, and after 22h00 check in time. One of the girls phoned me with instructions for late check in. But the two girls, each one charming, friendly, helpful and speaking fluent English, were still there when I arrived at the hotel, a good job that they were for they helped me with the check in at the machine in the lobby. This machine is very complicated and requires lots of information and then wouldn't accept my card for payment, so they took payment at the reception desk, which they said they weren't supposed to do after hours. There is an English language button for the machine. A good, clean room with all you need. The breakfast is very good indeed with a lovely buffet of many things to make up a varied and healthy breakfast, beyond my expectations.
- The location of the hotel is the best part ,staff is courteous. The breakfast had vegan options like hafer milk and curd as well as gluten free bread etc loved the breakfast . Variety of fruits could have been more though but still quite good.
- convenient, clean, room comfortable -
Cons -
- The hotel is a bit of a impersonal place, you don't check out and must pay the night before, including extra for breakfast if you want it. Personally as a 75 year old I would prefer that they took my payment automatically on the evening of arrival and had a simple key box for late arrivals, rather than a complicated machine that really would be a struggle with on your own, in my opinion.
- There isn't a complimentary water bottle for the guests, there was not any in the vending machine also ,strange ? Do people not drink water ? The room was pretty basic and not enough hooks to hang things in bathroom or the room itself ,no shelf or almirah to hang clothes , seemed like a dilapidated room never repaired properly .B and B means bed and breakfast then why do you charge breakfast as extra ? It shd be included in the tariff itself ? If it was not a random leisure trip wouldn't have booked this for sure .
- the person setting up breakfast was incredibly rude - I was leaving before breakfast was served, but stood near the breakfast area waiting for a taxi - She shouted at me that breakfast was not ready and to leave the area - Very unwelcoming - supposed to be a service industry

convenient, clean, room comfortable -
the person setting up breakfast was incredibly rude - I was leaving before breakfast was served, but stood near the breakfast area waiting for a taxi - She shouted at me that breakfast was not ready and to leave the area - Very unwelcoming - supposed to be a service industry
Breakfast, bathroom. TV, aircon and large window
Size of single bed - it is kind of small for bigger people.
Hotel was basic but very clean beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern
Very modern but basic and clean
the breakfast was complete, fresh and healthythe rooms are functional, there is a car park available the staff was very helpful
the waste bin was not emptied when I entered the roomthe check-in automat did not work
Friendly staff, fast check-in, very clean room - everyrhing that one needs after a long journey. Nit far from train/bus station, just few minutes of walk. Also some fast foods open until late in a walking distance.
Good location for our plans. New building so everything was clean and worked well. Good parking and friendly staff.
A bit too costly for the size of the room. Poor television channel selection. Overpriced breakfast given the level of selection.
Location and value, clean hotel, stylish design inside and outside!
That I have to pay for parking and no charger for EV cars. With cards access keys will be much easier to access instead of codes. And no tulle fitted in the room, so it is not possible to see sun/day light and change your clothes wile someone is talking on the car park in front of your window!
Nice location close to Siemensgamesa - so a stay for work is was just like I expected.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about, very limited selection, but fine and fresh bread/coffee.
Concept, food and mini co-working space.
The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is in an industrial area. Not a very nice walking area when dark.
Breakfast, quality of the room
Bit too far out of town
It was clean, the breakfast was good
The bathroom interior
Comfy bed, free parking
Quite far away from everything

very clean and modern roomwalking distance to city centrefree parking
good but rather simple breakfast
Very clean and nice hotel. The breakfasy was very good and plenty, also a very cheap price compared to other hotels. Very good coffee, and everything was fresh! Beds were comfortable, the room was spot on!
There is only one little detail I didn't like... it really doesn't have to do with the hotel but if the character of a person. When we ( me & my wife) arrived at Friday night at the reception, the receptionist was a bit unfriendly. We showed him our vaccine certification ids. He said that its "too long" since our last shot. We're both doctors and we're both boostered with 3rd shot against covid. The covid-relegations for Lower Saxony are 3G (vaccinated, healed or negativ test). There is no where mentioned that you should take a vaccine every 3 months, as the receptionist mentioned. He started to argue and said that he wouldnt let me in, because my vaccined (booster) is to old. I've showed him the regulations and explained him, but he was still arguing. I think its a bit said when someone doesnt know the rules.Thank you and best regards
