Good hotel but the food is a bit overpriced for the area

Too many fees, breakfast, parking, extra person ? just put it in the rate!

The facilities are OK. The staff did not act in helping me with double booked reservation and from the check in they said nothing could be done, even booking.com did not help. I feel tricked by this hotel, bad experience

Rooms were fantastic. Breakfast very good however a bit expensive to my taste. Staff was helpful but the check in is a bit complex. The area around the reception is very good for having a drink and talk to friends.

Check in could be done easier and faster

The hotel was gorgeous and the amenities were amazing. The room was super comfortable and big. The restaurant was excellent, too bad I forgot to book the Christmas dinner beforehand. But we still enjoyed our stay. I can highly recommend the hotel for a perfect getaway.

The shower was top class and the curtains really kept the light out.

I was located beside the lift which I could hear in the early morning. Not a huge issue though.

This hotel is excellent : we have stayed at the hotel several times and have never been disappointed. Spacious comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, parking and a central location close to the water.

The location and the room (despite there being no boiler).

At 8:30 in the morning, I was woken up by reception. They asked me to close my windows to allow cleaning. However, all my windows were shut. There had been now warning on the day before and the cleaning team arrived an hour before. When I complained at the reception there were some apologies but they did not seem to understand how abnormal this behaviour was and how it showed a lack of organisation (no prior warning and unnecessary call).

Wonderfully restored building, perfect location, lovely staff

WiFi didn’t work. I notified reception and the sent a man up. But he said he couldn’t fix it.

It was in theory a nice hotel, until it was not.

On top of the air conditioning not working rendering the room like an oven, the sewage in the room was malfunctioning. This resulted in sewage water flowing into the room when showering. They promised full refund, but when we returned they lied to us saying they only wanted to pay for parking and breakfast. None of it they paid, and we didnt even park at the hotel. I have traveled to hundreds of hotels all over the world. and Im genius level 3 on booking.com Never have i experienced worse service in any hotel. I can not recommend this hotel.

Location, design, space, breakfast, helpful staff with excellent English.

The atmosfere,design with an imagination of beeing ombord a Boats.

At the breakfirst lots of dishes were emty. We had breakfirst at mine o clock.The food was. Excelent.

the room itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well and the location was perfect for us our plans in Flensburg.

It was quite loud. We could hear music playing during the night that unfortunately kept us awake.

Beautiful property but wellness center is just a single sauna.

Can’t really call a single sauna and 3 exercise bikes for a wellness center. A gym should at least have a weight and bench but not even that. Sauna was nice but it’s just a sauna. Don’t call it a wellness center!

Awesome Hotel with very cosy but modern rooms.Great location and super freindly staff.Excellent retaurant with a great menu and a massive selection of fum, destilled in the city.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hafen in Flensburg and had a fantastic experience. The fresh new rooms provided a comfortable and modern atmosphere, making my stay truly enjoyable. The employees were incredibly friendly and accurate, ensuring that all my needs were met with efficiency and warmth. Additionally, the availability of parking, including a charging station for electric cars, was a convenient bonus. The hotel's location in the old harbor added to its charm, offering picturesque views and a serene ambiance. And let's not forget about the amazing restaurant within the hotel, which served delectable dishes that exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Hafen for a delightful and memorable stay in Flensburg.

Everything was great

Great location, overlooking the harbour and 200 m or so from the ‚alt Stadt‘. The staff were fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Fantastic room. Right at the front. Spectacular water views. Great living room. Comfortable bed.

Nearly everything perfect. Small gripe is that a coffee machine or at least a kettle would have been great.

We stopped to spend the night on our way back from Germany to Norway, and the hotel which feels like a spa was a pleasant surprise. Indoor parking is possible. The lounge has a cosy feel to it. The location is central and close to an old part of Flensburg. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We left in the early morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast.We will certainly go back to this hotel in the near future.

The bathroom had a strange smell almost like a leak from a broken sewer. It should be investigated.

Great staff. Quiet. Great food. Wonderful room.
