Close to where we were visiting. The front desk staff were friendly.

There was no fans or anything like that. It was on a busy road so opening a window was too loud. Even with the window closed it was very loud as it was on a corner so you could hear cars passing by, or worse, accelerating when the light turned green.

we booked on Booking, the money was cashed despite the fact that we indicated late arrival,- the phone does not work- we contacted Booking who contacted this establishment who informed us if we do not arrive before 10:00 p.m. they will cancel the reservation;I don't think a hotel should plan my trip and ask me to be there for a certain hour!!!!I do not recommend this establishment and I think that Booking should also remove this hotel because it is a disaster!

Very friednly staff and excellent breakfast

Heating did not work properly. Hot water switched off after 5 minutes

Reliable standard room on the ground floor. Kettle and tea with a decent TV. Just a stroll away from.the pleasant town of Mauberge.

Room felt a little damp, but ok as weather was warm. Only hot food at weekends (?) encouraged us to eat out.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms are a bit basic but good value for money. Breakfast was good and included in the price.

The staff was friendly.The toilet and shower were really nice.The location is really great. Right next to the bastion, and there's an amazing buffet called Panda Wok nearby

We hear everything going on outside from inside the room.The hotel restaurant is very very pricey for what is offered. I'd recommend eating somewhere else.Bed uncomfortably hard.

The receptionist was nice and friendly, is dog friendly with a fee of 5€, it has high speed free Wifi and bathtub, it's quiet at least in winter, decent space on the room.

Breakfast is not included, the price could be cheaper for what it is and where it is. It could have been cleaner.

Dirty bathroom,the room wasn't the same like on the pictures , everything was old , smell bad. You didn't have a choice on breakfast, just some old cheese not fresh, sliced ham looks like it was best before two day ago or more. The price for the breakfast way to high. And they shouldn't even offered.

Rooms are comfortable, there is a lot of parking, breakfast is very good. There is a very good All-You-Can-Eat restaurant at walking distance.

A bit noisy if full guesthouse.

Nothing really, apart from that the cleaners do a great job, it was spotless.

It stank of stale cigarette smoke where it had either been smoked in or someone had stood in their doorway smoking with the door open, which we saw others doing a lot. It was so unpleasant. The bed was hard and lumpy, the tap was loose on the sink, and it was by a very busy road. It was a horrible, noisy, uncomfortable and smelly 2 nights stay.

Easy to reach, cheaper than any Belgian location just over the border, close to restaurants and at a walking distance from centrum. A lot of parking.

It is a quite a hike from the station and I struggled to find the hotel, when I phoned for help, the receptionist spoke no English and my French was too poor to get her to comprehend. On arrival she failed to show me where the rooms were, which was not straightforward at all.
