Pros +
- The room was dirty and stinks.. pillow was dirty.
- The hotel was clean and we had to check in very late, the reception was closed, but they left a paper hanged on the main door with our security code and our room card was in our room door. There is a Nespresso machine in the room which allowed us to have a good coffee before leaving the hotel in the following morning.
- Not much at all
Cons -
- There were no previous instructions about how to get to our room and because we checked in very late, we had some issues figuring everything out. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was horrible, not comfortable at all, and a bit noisy.
- The staff are terrible. The hotel is only staffed for minimal hours. We got locked out of our room because the keycard stopped working at about 7pm. It then took us hours to get in contact with anyone to regain access to our room
- restaurant was not open for my use on the Saturday night. and it was entirely shut on the sunday pm when I returned around 16:00. there ws no one available to talk to about an early check out the following day - so I ahd to leave without checking out.

Its the perfect location near family.
New card controlled lighting was not working properly.
Clean and comfortable
Arrived mid-afternoon on a Friday for an overnight stop heading home to the uk as part of a touring holiday. When we arrived there was no one on reception we had a note on the door with the pass code and room number. The restaurant bar were closed on a Friday night!!!! We had pick the stop so we could relax and eat in the hotel. Instead we had to walk a considerable distance to find somewhere…can’t believe a restaurant closes one night a week and it’s on a Fridays. Such a shame as breakfast the following morning showed us it would have been perfect if it had been open.
Room was adequate and clean. Safe car parking.
Lack of 24 hour staff. No staff to answer queries/solve problems - we were short of towels one day and had to leave a note for the cleaner the following morning. Insecure method of checking in - note left on entrance door with details of room.Modest choice at breakfast - not worth €15 each.
Location was convenient to where we needed to be
We were there over a weekend and the restaurant was closed Friday and Saturday evening. No vending machines. Couldn’t even get a bottle of water as the staff left at 13:00. Had to drive 5-10 minutes to the nearest gas station to get water.
Kind personal. I arrived late (after the reception closed) they gave me the entrance code and my card was on the room door.Clean room. Perfect for a stay if your are on a trip.
The price is a bit on the high side for the room size.
Very practical check in by digital code. Close to La Luna concert hall. Many shopping opportunities such as Aldi, Lidl. Free parking.
The room a little bit small.
The staff is friendly, however communication in a language other than the local language is a bit difficult. Room was clean, standardly equiped.
Price performance ratio - the price does not correspond to the services offered, but perhaps due to the location.
Breakfast was great, however, the location was 20 minutes walk from the town center where other colleagues were staying, so inconvenient to me.
Breakfast was very good, Scrambled eggs and bacon were very tasty. Good selection of fruit juices and pastries too.Room was decent, bed very comfortable and great shower.
easy to find on a main road
it much choice in food for lunch or dinner. It’s not really a restUrNt, so we shouldn’t expect too much
Breakfast
Drunks outside the hotel.Bar and restaurant were closed .
We meet only wonderfully friendly staff when we arrived a bit late in the evening, they served a lovely, tasty dinner for us and a great kids menu. We felt very welcome as a family. The breakfast was fresh and lovely too.
We had a family room and the sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. We stayed for one night during our trip and were a bit discouraged by the soundings when we arrived, however, the hotel really made up for that - the welcoming staff and the well-prepared meals gave us a lovely night's stay
Nice enough hotel, though distant from town centre and station.
Breakfast a little overpriced.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The reception was shut and there was an odd smell in the room and the hallways. There were hairs in the shower and the floor.
ok for a one night stay good free parking
advertising it has a restaurant but it was closed and had to get in a car to eat which after a long journey it’s not what I wanted
the staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help us with our sat nav. got us back up and running again after losing the mapping for Southern Europe. which would have ruined our trip. thank you all so much.
