Nothing to dislike

Location was very handy. Car parking for EV was handy. Easy to find. Staff were lovely.

Lighting in room was poor. Breakfast was a joke. It was chaos with everyone arriving at the same time and no tables free. No food available so we queued for 10 mins for a small croissant. Lack of staff clearing tables. We had to stop off to purchase breakfast on the way home, which should have been available and included in the price. They need to have a breakfast manager welcoming and seating people and they need to book people for breakfast and stagger seating.

We only stayed for one night as our main reason for being there was to visit Vimy Ridge. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and check in was fast. It was very close to the train station which was great. Having breakfast included was great.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location is excellent to have a tour in the city centre (only 10 min walk), clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit poor, but the good point about it is the fresh orange juice which we liked.

Receptionist not very friendly or welcoming - just a smile would have been nice. She spoke so quickly we struggled to follow. She then watched us get into the lift to the first floor (room 127) knowing our room was on the ground floor. No doubt amusing…. All a bit too much after a long tiring day on the road in the snow.

Nice room, good location and breakfast, very good for at least an overnight stay.

It was difficult to find the car park entrance: better signposting needed.

All good, a clean hotel, breakfast is ok ( European breakfast) hotel is by the nearest Main Street.

Large room , very quiet, comfortable bed room had everything we needed and shower was excellent . Breakfast was also very good

Difficult to control heating and room was too hot and the lighting was very poor

The room we had was large , clean and comfy . The bathroom was lovely with a great shower . Location was ok with a short walk into town , We parked under the hotel which had plenty of room and good size parking spaces . Breakfast was ok but nothing special although there was a reasonable choice . Staff were helpful

Easy to get to from the motorway, only a short walk into town. Plenty of public parking. Quiet despite the town being g busy

Access in a wheelchair wasn’t great - manageable but not great

Loved the location and size of the room and the nice Christmas touch especially the lights in the hallways. The rooms were well equipped and had a kettle and hairdryer and bathroom had toiletries and the bed was comfortable

Near the centre and parking (payable) underneath. Quite modern and clean. Some decorating going on but no issue. Good breakfast.

Our room was too warm, even with heating set to 15c. Beds too soft- we’re used to medium firm so found them uncomfortable.

The breakfast was excellent. A really wide choice to suit all tastes.

Surprised there was renovation works but they didn't interfere with our stay. Our toilet didn't flush properly but we informed staff on our exit.

WiFi was patchy. Not avaliable in room (on 3rd floor).Hotel 'bar' was poorly stocked & service was slooow.Stone cold scrambled eggs at breakfast Sunday morning
