I didn't stay there. The Front keypad wasn't functioning

That I couldn't get my room that I had reserved & I had to sleep in my car

The location is good.The hotel was clean.We had to call for help when trying to get in, the staff answered promptly & was very helpful

The room was very small The overly complicated process to get in! We had to walk through the carpark, leaving our car outside, into the entrance of the hotel to pay the tourist tax. The machine (pos) didn't work. A very stressful situation when you're tired! It would be so much easier to pay it online, ahead of arrival!, and to get all the necessary codes by email, once again before arrival!

I really liked the location as it was easy to find and close to shops and takeaways etc.

My car was hit in the car park, luckily I had recorded on my dash cam and the guy in reception did everything he could to find the driver responsible, we managed to swop insurance details thanks to this guys help.

I slept so well. It was unexpected, but needed! Hotel is easy to get to for those using the Tunnel, close to a shopping centre, and a short drive from the beautiful town centre. Easy to enter and secure as a solo female.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, very well located for overnight stopover on way to the Alps, many places to eat within easy walking distance, very good value

Booking.com gave me the wrong room number and passcode spent quite a while and spoke to two of the remote staff by intercom before I could access my room

Very convenient location for highway and check in via a machine so allowed us to arrive late and not worry about delays. Clean, simple rooms. Quiet. Secure parking.

Check in was a little fiddly but made it work. No frills but had all the basics.

We arrived out of hours and the instructions provided for gaining access to the hotel were not at all clear. There was no one onsite, no security, or anyone to assist. We only worked it out from reading the really helpful reviews. I had to go in & pay via a machine while my husband waited outside the gate for me to get the access code.A couple had two very loud arguments during the night, with lots of banging, which was very disturbing. The second argument sounded so serious that we nearly called the Police. There was no one on site to deal with it & it was only when another guest intervened that the couple stopped arguing.The bed was extremely uncomfortable & the room was tiny. The breakfast was very basic & disappointing, but I had no appetite anyway because of the lack of sleep!

Great location, nice and clean, basic hotel but as expected

The bed were very uncomfortable, none of us got a very good night's sleep.

This was a great location for us to do day trips around Arras. In particular, we wanted to see Vimy Ridge, which was an easy drive. The automatic check-in made for a quick and easy check-in. Handy to have several good restaurants within easy walking distance.

No kettle in the room and the two single beds have been crammed in so there was no space to go at the side and get in them.

Room was comfortable, but smallish. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing disappointed us. I recommend this hotel for anyone needing a simple, no-nonsense place to sleep before getting back on the road.
