B&B HOTEL Arras Centre Les Places

Great staff. Location was fabulous. Breakfast excellent.

Small budget hotel in centre of town. On this occasion within the Christmas Market area.

Central location, clean and comfortable Staff helpful and friendly.

It’s basic. The rooms are very small.

Fantastic staff, friendly welcome and helpful with rooms

Would have preferred brighter lights in the room

Late check in available. This was very important as we were delayed for 6 hours at the Channel Tunnel because of an electrical problem

The lady that greeted us on arrival on New Year's Day was very warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was exceptional and better than many I've been to in 4 or 5 star hotels as was the overall value for money. The location as well couldn''t have been better. We'll definitely use this hotel again in the near future.

Nothing to complain about really considering the great price.

Absolutely nothing except it’s location!

First of all the room they gave us was EXTREMELY dirty! Hair under the bed, sheets and towels smell like sweat, bathroom toilet is dirty and used! Sink was blocked!

Great central location. Rooms perfect for a short stay.Front desk very helpful

Greedy and inhospitable

Tried to use this as a stop on the way south. I arrived during Christmas market and there was no place to park and no way to reach the property by car. Called the supposedly 24/7 reception 6 times, no answer. Dropped in to the other hotel of the same chain in town hoping they would’ve flexible and understanding. No such thing. I asked for a refund and would have even accepted a partial gesture but the staff were incredibly rude and told me “it wasn’t their problem you had no place to park”. So I’d suggest not to make your custom their responsibility either.

Location

Lock on door to room broken so had to put chair behind door to secure. Reported to staff but they were unable to address security issues

A fabulously located hotel, super comfortable beds, great breakfast and really helpful staff.

The rooms are simplistic with basic necessities could do with tea/coffee facilities in the room

Great hotel centrally located, great staff, clean and comfortable. Would love to stay longer to explore the area more, but it’s also a great stop off on the way to the shuttle.

Nothing not to like.

Location.Cleanliness.Staff.

Decor needs updating from the old Ibis hotel days.

Location, clean and comfortable with excellent staff.

Bar closes too early.

Very comfortable bed. Perfect location.

On street parking which was OK but expensive during the day. Overnight rates 18:00 to 09:00 was very good.

The location could not be better, close to the main square. Staff at check in efficient and friendly.Air con, wifi, tv in room.

Excellent location, just next to the main square, and a very good price.

Unfortunately, the room did not have a refrigerator or a kettle, and not even a bottle of water was provided.

Staff very attentive and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money, parking on street was nearby, but a matter of luck to get a place.

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. No free parking but paid parking is very close by. Room was clean and fresh. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable.

I have stayed in the hotel previously and rated it very highly. This time our room was on the third floor. Room was very small and cramped, so much so that we were unable to use the chair provided. Just not enough room to pull it out from under the table provided. Sadly, the air conditioning in our room failed to cool the room. Opening the window was not an option due to rowdy revellers outside. I may consider using this hotel again but would request a room on the first or second floors.

Excellent location. Good breakfast selection not as good as other B&B hotels we’ve stayed in.

Outdated decor. Flooring in the room. No allocated parking.
