ibis Styles Douai Centre Gayant Expo

Very clean, the location and parking are excellent. The breakfast was exceptional with products of very high quality.

10 min walk from the train station, quiet area

room was small, although it was clean what I really disliked was the cockroach I found next to the breakfast area, and it is the same area as the restaurant of the hotel (considered fine dining). When I talked to the reception about it and showed the pictures of the cockroach, the answer I got was "It is okay". I tried to explain that this is not okay but communication in English was almost impossible. The majority of the personnel did not speak English, and communicating was challenging.

private parking, rooms were o.k. but not too stylish, excellent breakfast, good wifi, kind staff, parc for jogging close by

The neighborhood was not top, a little old fashoned

This is one of the best Ibis hotels in France that we use for business. The hotel is clean and the staff are fantasic. We have never had a bad stay and the food is amazing. Keep up the good work, we love you.

Nothing, all was good

Room accessible via a lift from the car park, so no stairs.Nice restaurant for evening meal.Interesting bed design!Railway very close

Restaurant issued an English menu, but then withdrew it claiming "It was out of date, and they had not prepared a replacement". There was no air conditioning in the room on what was the hottest night of the year, and since the room was ground floor we could not leave the window open (for security).Choices of breakfast food were limited and poorly prepared. The town of Douai is not nice. Too many undesirable looking people about, and confusing traffic layout.

Breakfast was ok

Senior manager was a little rude. Does he have to handle my coffee cup whilst I’m filling it? Manage your staff. Not your clients

Friendly staff and comfortable room make this our hotel of choice. Breakfasr is also tastey!

nothing!

THe warmth, friendlines and professionalism of the staff at reception, along with the room (35!) was a real pleasure.Thank you very much. This is our hotel of choice in the area and we will be back very soon!

nothing!

very modern hotel with good facilities and large parking

the hotel is on the main road but there is no access to the parking area from that main road, the parking is located off other roads - I fortunately saw a small sign sending me in the right direction but it would have been nice to know this before turning up at the hotel and perhaps provide some details that I could have put into my sat nab

Wifi worked straight away with no issues.Good food at the evening meal.

There could be a bit more choice at breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are the BEST, the receptionist is fantastic , a great help with excellent English.

cant think of anything

Excellent staff especially front of house Malika, so helpful.

Comfortable, location, Resturant and staff.
