Well appointed, friendly, informative and helpful staff. Lovely breakfasts and on site dining was wonderful.

Clean, well decorated, terry robes, overall very nice. We are English speakers but Camille at the front desk has good English, made us feel welcome and was tres professional!

Parking was a little awkward but it’s an issue in most places in France.

Very nicely done, spacious, modern. The food from the restaurant was very good. There was a nice terrace that we could have a drink at. They had really gone out of their way to make us feel at home in the room with dog bowls and baby bath & cot. The bathroom was lovely and we liked the separate loo. Breakfast was very relaxing and a good choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Not that we got to use it but popped our head into the gym which was again nicely done with towels / water, enough machines for a decent workout! Loved the hotel, it exceeded our expectations and we would come back for sure! Thank you

At first we were a little concerned with security around the car park but the reception explained there is a night warden who watches over the cars - it’s also good that we could see our car from the bedroom (there is a nice fence so it’s not an exact view of a car park)

Very well designed room - soundproofed, lovely products in bathroom, very dark with no artificial light in bedroom, comfortable bed, good food.Very close to Louvre Lens for an interesting visit.Part of a very impressive urban regeneration project.

Cold bathroom. Underfloor heating would make it perfect.

Quiet and clean, very friendly staff.

The rooms, the staff and the restaurant were all excellent. The food and service were great, the staff could not have done more to ensure a comfortable, pleasant stay for me, my parents and my dog. They were simply there, happy to help and always with a 'can do' approach. We were tired after driving all day and the experience at the hotel was just what we needed to recharge! Highly recommend!

The room was very comfortable and exceptionally quiet. The bathroom facilities are perfect. Our evening meal and breakfast were also great.Good value, great location - approx an hour from Calais and close to the motorway. We have stayed here a few times and will continue to visit.

Terrible restaurant despite good reviews.Run down area, hotel looks like an office building. Definitely not what we expected.

The room was really comfortable, the proximity to the museum is great, the food and decor is lovely- staff were very nice, and sauna really worth trying!

This hotel is so well run. All the Staff are trained to the highest standard. Helpful. Knowledgeable cheerful especially Orane the Receptionist who went out of her way to give us directions and local information. Our room lacked nothing.large.well furnished comfortable. The Chef is innovative and the food is different and delicious. Cannot praise this hotel enough. .

The area felt a little depressing and Lens itself is struggling. But the hotel is right next to thevLouvre-Lens Museum and a short drive to the WW1sites at Vimy and Bethune.

It seems petty but the hair dryer has to be gripped in your fist to work. You can only grip that hard for a few seconds before it cuts out. Very very frustrating. I’d rather pay a deposit for a hair dryer than put up with something not fit for purpose

The location is perfect and ther is a nice garden area in the backyard.

The restaurant service and the quality of food is not satisfying. The offered breakfast is fine.

Reasonable room - comfortable

Ridiculous that the restaurant is closed on Sunday and the bar closes at 8.00 pm. Nothing local to the hotel.
