B&B HOTEL Mons Centre

Location was super in terms of access to city centre; receptionist very pleasant and helpful

Room was far too hot at night but having windows open was not possible because of the noise from the street. If there was space in the hotel we can't understand why we weren't given a room at the back of the hotel.

Cold in the room. They provided a radiator. It seems is not posible to change the temperature in the room. 18grades Celsius all the time. Breakfast is basic, not too many options.The beds are not confortable at all. Too expensive for what are they offering.

THe hotel is located at walking distance from the university, and equally far from the center of Mons, ideal location for a business trip to the university. Staff members are friendly and helpful, great feeling. The free coffee at the hotel front is also very welcome.

Probably nothing much with the hotel, yet: surprising number of flies! This is getting annoying during the nights.

The internet is weak, I've got to pay for breakfast, and there's no coffee in the room. Some of the outlets dont work

Parking, green color room and furniture, pillows too thick. Shared terrace. Shower water was either scalding hot or freezing cold.No plugs to charge and power ohone and laptopStaff entered the room twice despite "do not disturb" sign posted. Staff continuous failure to provide an invoice

The room we got was comfy and fitted our needs well. We did get a upgrade to a suite so that helped. Nice location and we were able to use the parking nearby.

On of the walls looked like it had water damage. Made the beds and took the trash but did not add wc paper.

The cleanliness was average. The hotel barely has basic services. The breakfast was included, but in 20 min from the opening time everything was finished and replenished very slowly, to the point of not being able to have breakfast.Very noisy. Many groups shouting in the corridors late at night. Nobody said anything to them.When I return to Mons I will look for another hotel. Definitely not this one.

The staff was really friendly, but the hotel apparently does not hire enough number of staff to handle the amount of work that needs to be done within a satisfactory time-frame.

The room is really dry, and the breakfast food is not really cooked well (not very tasty).

Is really easy to reach, the stuff is very friendly, is close to historical areas, free parking outside, supermarket nearby, clean and warm rooms.

The shower cap was annoying and water sprayed overall in the bathroom.

Located conveniently near the city centre, in a walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, but could need some improvements. Good breakfast.

Parking was difficult to access by car, very narrow and ended up parking outside the property location, on a tax parking lot.

The breakfast is delicious, room nice and cozy, beds are comfortable, located in a convenient walkable area which is great for sight seeing. An excellent secured garage for my bicycle and staff are friendly and helpful.

The Garage was very small and it should come with a warning lable not to go in there with a bigger car. You could hear in the room when ppl in other rooms flushed the toilet or showerd Breakfast was very minimal

Good room, parking garage (the entrance was not clear at once), decent breakfast however overpriced a bit. 10 min walk to city center, beds were ok too.

One word- DIRTY Please DON’T DO THiS TO YOURSELV I booked the hotel as a quick stop on my way from France to Denmark. As i was traveling with a car, it seemed convenient that the hotel has a garage. I arrived together with my daughter at 2 am in the morning. I don’t know if we got the worst room because of the late arrival? The room we got was extremely unpleasant. The bathroom had multiple black hairs on the curtain. The curtain was yellow of dirt. Some unspecified dirt and rubbish in the corners. Brownish spot in the toilet!!! Some other dirty spots in the room. It was awful. I think the bedding was clean… I know that the hotel is extremely cheap, but cleanliness is something that is a must, no mater the price. If we wasn’t exhausted, we would run! Also bear in mind that the garage entry is extremely narrow, just 2 cm on both sides of my car ( tesla). I parked without a problem, but it was somewhat challenging after a long drive at 2 AM.
