Slept like a rock, very comfortable room and bed. Facilities were very good, wifi was good. Breakfast was very robust and delicious. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised.

No luggage stand in the room was a bit annoying. Sometimes had street noise get through to my room but I guess that's not the hotels fault. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom were so so quality.

Hotel inside former church. Very nice. Great breakfast.

Beds, too soft

Everything was good. Breakfast extensive. Well located although a bit of a climb from the station with a heavy bag.

Breakfast is fantastic, best I have in Belgium. Bed is comfortable, room is big, floor heating is nice.

There is no hot water in the last day, can't take a shower. Reading light is broken. Bath items has no refill during my 4 nights stay.

The quality of the breakfast was low (the bacon, the eggs tasted like oil, no yogurt, close to no vegetables). Lack of healthy options. But the pancake machine was great.

We stayed for one night in order to visit "Mons en Lumières". The hotel location was ideal for this as we were really close to the route of the "lights". We were also lucky to find a spot inside the parking yard of the hotel for 25euros for the whole day. The staff was really nice and willing to help. We asked for some slippers and they offered us free of charge and because the room was a little bit cold, they provided us with a portable heater.

Even though we had a pleasant stay i would like to mention a couple of things that we didn't like and some that could improve our stay. The hotel is a complex of buildings and we didn't stay in the main one which means that when you leave your room you have to go outside in order to enter the main building-reception-breakfast. The bed even though it was big it was not very comfortable (in fact 2 not very thick mattresses combined). The lack of a radiator in the bathroom was strange and really cold air entered the main room when we opened the door. Another bizarre thing was that the telephone in the room was not working, it was not connected to the line at all.

Family Suite was large, had a box kitchen, a huge king bed and a single bed. Perfect for a family of 3. Breakfast was fantastic, with every hot delicious breakfast food you can imagine! Rooms were very clean, and the ambiance of the Belgium decorations added to a cool vibe.

Actually, I can't think of anything that could improve. The front desk was helpful, the lounge bartender was exceptional, the breakfast staff to friendly. It was very good!

Staff, rooms, location!

Disappointing

Room was very dark, looked like a 90's youth hostel and the view was of a brick wall. Paid extra for "upgraded" room, so was not really pleased with the view.
