Excellent location in the city center. The room was very clean and I had the best shrimp salad at the restaurant. The staff was very helpful and polite.

    9CarriePosted on: 7-30-2025

We loved the central location to the city center, and all of the restaurants and bars there.

Sometimes you can hear the loud music at the club next-door late at night on weekends

    1LeePosted on: 4-23-2025

    Nice and clean rooms.

The room that we got was next to a nightclub or some party was going on. The soundproofing was so bad that it felt like we were in the party itself. The music carried on until 3am so we did not at all get any sleep. There were no staff to address this with. The pull out bed in the family room was incredibly uncomfortable, even for children.

    Location, bed's comfort

About the air condition, It should be set higher than 24 degree. Sometimes it cant be enough for cold days

    9ElisePosted on: 3-8-2025

The very friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed and luxurious sheets, excellent location near to the central square.

    8RuthPosted on: 1-9-2025

Centrally-located hotel with a very “cool” decor; delicious food and delightful staff. Definitely recommended.

    8PatrickPosted on: 12-24-2024

Central location, great value, great restaurant nook.

Had to go searching for the WiFi code on my own. Staff never returned my inquiry.

    4YoavPosted on: 11-25-2024

Location is good , warm water.

Heating in the room super slow and loud, cold floor, no carpet, WiFi unstable . Slow service at restaurant, unprofessional hospitality .

Has air conditioning and an elevator

Front desk wasn’t 24 hours open

    6BrandonPosted on: 10-12-2024

The room is a nice size and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. Is location to the square is good, although there is no view of the square. Keep in mind there are many options for hotels in this area.

The property doesn’t face the square, it’s more of an alley view. The elevator was broken while I was there. All the rooms are up at least one flight of stairs. When you have bad knees this is a challenge. Also when you have to carry several bags up and down. The front desk person is also the bar tender and waiter. Don’t expect any front desk service. Also there is not anyone there full time nor after hours calling instructions for any issues. The breakfast doesn’t begin until 0730, which also means you won’t see anyone working until 0730. These hours do not accommodate people there on business. My colleagues stayed at various other hotels and all of them were able to eat breakfast at 0600 or 0630 prior to our business engagements. There is not good system for reporting problems. The manager is absent, but tried to work compensation for issues for my stay. The “big boss” seems detached and not engaged at all. Not responsive on booking messaging service.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Grand Place. The rooms and services are all super modern and functional with a slick design and very clean

    10WigandtPosted on: 10-7-2024

Wonderful hotel. Our room was clean, amazing views and nice amenities. Also the hand soap/shower soap that smells good, from Nuxe. The service is very friendly. Gorgeous bars with nice drinks. Nice terrace for lunch or warm evenings. Breakfast was great!! We ate dinner there twice during our stay. It’s really good mediteranean cuisine. The service was great. The atmosphere and service was fabulous. Definitely recommend L'Olivier!!

A small hotel to discover without hesitation In the heart of @villedemons ? @lolivier_monsFor a moment Cosy Ultra friendly and available staff

    5KxPosted on: 10-3-2024

The location is ideal, the staffs are friendly, and there is provision of bottled water.

The dim lighting in the room made it feel gloomy, and the lack of proper flooring meant it felt rough and cold, even during the autumn season. The room also lacked basic amenities like cloth hangers, a kettle, cups, and cutlery. Additionally, the soundproofing was poor, allowing noise to easily filter in. The lights in the corridor and lift were faulty for several days, which was inconvenient. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't received the receipt for the city tax I paid. I reminded the hotel receptionist twice and was promised the receipt by email within two days, after being asked to leave my email address on a piece of paper twice. The price is high considering the subpar service and quality of the stay.

Brand new, great location. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Showers are very nice and bathroom mirrors are very fancy.

Staff didn’t speak English very well. Security was poor - room numbers are labeled on the key cards and the front desk has handwritten room assignments easily visible to anyone. Upon check in, photos of our passports were taken by the staff’s mobile phones.

    7VanPosted on: 9-6-2024

Beautiful decor and toiletries. Great size room. Comfortable main bed. Fabulous location right by the main square. Friendly staff.

A little more attention to detail would have made the stay perfect. Unfortunately when we arrived the spare bed (pull out couch) was not made. When noting this to the staff they asked if we had trouble pulling the bed out - My expectation was that this would have been done prior to our arrival. They did attend to this for us after bringing it to their attention though. The pull out bed only had a light blanket and the children were very cold during the night as the fold up was also directly on the floor. Coffee machine in the room but no pods. The main bed was comfortable but when we mentioned the bedding had looked as if someone had slept in it and some marks noted on the duvet cover they said they checked the room and it was fine - My expectation would have been the bed to be remade.

Ambience , location is great , its Mordern and comfort.

We stayed in the heart of town, which meant being close to many restaurants. However, the downside was the late-night noise from people drinking and shouting, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, a street-cleaning truck started making noise around 5:00 a.m. and went on for quite a while. Unfortunately, this affected the overall comfort of our stay
