Friendly staff, wellness tub in our own room, beautiful bathroom, lots of space, good bed and couch

Parking lot is small, drain of washbasin was leaking, remote for towel rack dryer was not working. Desk height VS chair height was awkward

Very nice pool and jacuzzi. breakfast was good and area was very nice with all the windows. Free parking was great

Don’t order any kind of steak at the restaurant. Worst strakes I’ve ever eaten

Breakfast too expensive for what it is, quality of food and service at breakfast are not too good. There are two coffee machine and neither make cappuccino, when I asked for it I was told sorry no put some milk in your coffee. Pity as this ruined an otherwise nice positive stay at the hotel

Feels a bit to stuck up, room had some water damage and the water temperature didnt stay consistent

The rooms are nice, though a bit cold, but overall comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the meals at the restaurants are delicious.

The staff's kindness doesn't fully align with the hotel's standards, but they do what is necessary.

Well equipped and good location, sadly our room above the Spa has very bad sewer smell, Hotel gave free breakfast as compensation

The room was clean, it has all amenities, nice shower with hammam.

Overvalued hotel, not well located and poor soundproof.

WiFi was not weak and not reliable--despite staying in one of the more expensive rooms in the hotel.

There was a sauna announced, it was not included in the price. Service from the breakfast team. The carpet in the Room could have been vacuumed in the corners.

I like the location and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was nice but expensive

No irons in room. Most travelers are for business purposes and if irons are not in the room they will normally be brought to you. this hotel requires you come to reception and get the ironing board and iron which is odd.Additionally the desk staff are not very friendly

We enjoyed the restaurant and the spa treatments. The room itself was comfortable.

The description of the room was not what we expected as we booked a junior suite which stated it was a separate sitting room to bedroom. This was not the case, and it felt like we were put into one of their comfort rooms. However, we made do with the space we were in. It was very comfy.

Breakfast was good. Ate dinner twice, food was decent, prices were a bit high.
