My 2nd stay here and I'd stay again.

Floor in bathroom was buckling.

The Staff were absolutely amazing, kind caring and helpful.The food was absolutely amazing hot fresh and very tasty.To us the staff can make a difficult situation better, they came out on top.

Because I am partly disabled the stairs were difficult to climb, however I staff member helped us taking our baggage and giving us the information we needed The steps leading into the reception were high and difficult.

Good restaurant but very limited selection

Very cold rooms, even after intervention at the hotel reception it was pretty cold in the room.

Dated But they have a kettle

Bathroom needs updating, tiles missing also anyone with mobility issues would have trouble getting in

Not much to like about this place TBH

Was given the wrong room key. Door was locked from inside by the guest staying there. Night porter was drunk and tried to resolve by finding a key that would fit, which of course it couldn't! 30 mins later they finally found me a room. Lots of drunks (friends of staff) outside playing music till 4am.In the morning the manager was unaware of the issue & didn't really care.

Arrived later than expected so the the chief provided an out of hours light meal. Very kind of her.

The Turkish reception lady on arrival was nice and professional.

The toilet was dirty, brown, stained and the sink blocked. Even though it was reported nothing was done about it.The Windows old and dirty, curtains dirty and not properly fixed. The carpet very old, dirty and smells awful.

Old furniture and carpets.bad smell.mattress are old and uncomfortable

Cold. Dirty. Dark. Roof leaked. No hot water. Unusable shower

Very easy to find with plenty of space to park. Very nice hotel, food excellent. Friendly staff

There is nothing particular to like it. ? It's not bad but nothing to mention.

The reception was abandoned. I was waiting over 15 minutes for someone to come. When eventually a lady came she was not speaking English so the communication was very difficult. Then she asked from another member of the staff to come who was kind of rude. He threw on the front desk 3 pair of keys and he said these are your rooms. Then he gave me no chance to ask where the rooms are, in which floor, to which way, which one is the double and which one is the single. He left the desk saying that he was very busy. We tried to find the rooms which all of them were on the 3rd floor with no elevetor. He did had almost all rooms empty on all floors as the room doors where open while passed them on the way to our rooms. We had to carry on all our luggages by hand to the 3rd floor for just only one night stay. The hotel is an old building with nothing to mention. As of the rooms they were spacious but very hot. No A/C and the outside temperature was 33 degrees celcious even on night time. And because our rooms where on the top floor just under the roof the were even hotter. There was a floor fan but couldn't cool down the room. We went there with our motorbikes and before I book the rooms I asked if there is a secure parking. They replied that they have a car park, and never had any issue with motorbike theft. When we went there there was an open car park with no restrictions to entrance, no tarmac, and the guy in reception when I asked where to park our motorbike to be out of sight he said park wherever you want. Never had any issues but if something happen you will be very unlucky. Very bad experience. I can't recommend this hotel especially for motorcyclists.

excellent value for the money , the restaurant was fantastic.staff were great.

the hotel section could have done with a little bit of TLC(just looked well used) but it was clean and tidy.

The room was spacious and there was plenty of space to park a car. The restaurant downstairs is perfect, but remember to book the table beforehand! For the price, this hotel is totally ok, just do not expect too much.Also, a word about the service, the young man serving also in the restaurant was really nice and humorous.I was wondering if to give 6 or 7, but the restaurant does not belong to the hotel, so I decided to give the number for just the hotel.

This hotel has seen its better days. It would need a renovation. The corridors etc. should be cleaned better. Basically, I do not have any complaints about the room, you should either, if you do not care carrying your bags to upper floors.

NA bad experience.

Was one of the worst experience. Bathroom was old and doesn't work. Toilet was in the worst position, can't stay on it.The room was not clean very dirty and it smells like something was dead inside.The bed ... i don't have words for that, i don't think that i sleept in a worst bed... we have back pain from it.The carpet was dirty... that needs to be changed everywhere.What can I say all the hotel was dirty.

My child liked the Smart TV. The beer was good. Location was great for Nimy Bridge. Good hot water in the shower. Parking was convenient and free. Staff were friendly enough, just.

Hotel seemed tired, as was the restaurant. The restaurant has a serious problem with flies. I was constantly waving fruit flies away from my dinner, and at breakfast there was a swarm of flies circling in the middle of the room. I wouldn't expect to have to tighten the screws to secure the toilet seat in the bathroom, which still came undone. There was only one bedside lamp and that didn't work. Electrical sockets were hanging out of the wall. Our room, No. 5, was under the stairs leading to the upper floor. Food in the restaurant was acceptable, but nothing too special. Check out time is noon, which is good, but at 11, the cleaning staff asked if they could clean the room, even though we were about to check out. This gave me the impression that they were trying to get rid of us so that they could get on with the cleaning. The old mentality that the place would be great, without the inconveniene of guests. This place really would benefit from a change of management with greater motivation to customer service. We wouldn't stay here again, and I wouldn't recommend to others.

Quiet area, room was basic but comfortable, lots of parking

The restaurant downstairs is very overpriced and the staff unhelpful

The young lady working at the bar, Demour, was very friendly, helpful and we had a bit of a laugh with her.The beer and and food were good and the VFM was also good. 3 of us stayed in a room for 1 night as part of a motorbike tour.

It was all good, the bar was shut when we got back from town, but in retrospect, that was probably a good thing!!

Good breakfast, very nice Staff, good Location, not too expensive

We booked a doublebed as a couple and got a room with 3 Single beds, there was no hair dryer in the room and the shower was broken and didn't stay up, so you had to hold the showerhead the entire time, the fan was really old and loud, the TV didn't work.We stayed only one night on our trip, so we didn't care as much but I probably wouldn't book it again

Quick check in. Comfy bed and blackout blind on the window. The fan in the room was a nice touch - and essential given the outside temperature. Fridge was useful.

Room was tired with a creaky floor. Shower was very slow. Traffic noise was loud and we couldn't keep the window open despite the high termperature.
