    Pros +

    • Breakfast was ok lots of pastries and fruit
    • Breakfast - Room - Restaurant - Building
    • There is nothing we liked.

    Cons -

    • Limited low sugar options
    • They didn't have sleepers in the bathroom
    • The worst hotel we have stayed in. You pay for everything separately, the spa and recreation area are far away from the rooms and we had to go there in boots and in suits, change there and walk around because they don't give out bathrobes or slippers. It's very cold. Very dirty, the energy is very bad. We left the hotel and left.

Good clean hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Spa facilities and pool were also very nice. Pool was a decent temperature for kids. Also has a sauna and steam room. Really great breakfast and secured parking. Reception staff were super friendly and always helpfull.

Staff at breakfast refused to seat us near a window table stating that it was reserved but no reserved signs on the table. Made me think that the staff just didn't like the fact that we didn't want to sit on the table he showed us. I could be wrong, but a reserved badge on a table goes a long way in making guests understand and not feel like there was something malicious. (Minus 1 point) Don't like hotels with no doors for the shower. I mean, it's okay when you're travelling as a couple, but inappropriate if you're travelling with children or friends. (Minus 1 point)

Cozy bed room with comfortable bed, friendliness of staff, excellent facilities.

    7LornaPosted on: 10-8-2025

Nice ambiance, nice pool/spa, good breakfast, personable staff.

Weirdest thing was that you had to pay €8 to rent a bathrobe. Few glitches in my room: coffee machine mangled pods, bath tap wouldn’t turn on, soap dispenser in bath was stuck. But the bathrobe thing was bizarre, I’ve never stayed in a nice hotel that charges for them.

    Good location, nice spa

The room looked like it could use some love. The beds were damaged.

Dinner perfect. Breakfast nightmare, overcrowded and very very noisy (above 75 Db)

    Dinner perfect, parking ok.

Nice rooms, good gym and great pool and sauna. Breakfast is good. Bar is good for food if you don’t eat out.

Staff on front desk are always slightly underwhelming. I’ve stayed here pretty much every week for the last 3 months, never get a welcome back. They say easier to book with front desk than Booking.com but they’re really not that helpful - easier to do it online. Twice put in rooms with two singles put together instead of a requested double. On one occasion, they did move me when I asked. Begs the question why I was allocated that room in the first place. As a premium hotel, they should also give free water in the rooms. They charge a lot for a tiny bottle. Bit annoying. If they had really brilliant front desk staff this would be 10 /10

Clean and spacious room. The breakfast was above average.

The feel of the property is very spartan and almost industrial. It wasn’t “warm” or inviting. But it got the job done. There were no “extras” like a kettle in the room for tea.

Great facilities, good restaurant and very nice room

If you are a light sleeper, the sound of the train tracks might interrupt your sleep

Amazing hotel, polite and sweet stuff. Exceptional breakfast and the bar .

It would be 10 out 10. but there was a slight issue with sewage smell - sure thing it was temporary.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely town we had not been aware of before we stayed but which looked like somewhere we would like to come back to explore when we have more time. The spa facilities were amazing! These definitely set the hotel apart from others. The restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a public holiday but we had a tasty meal at the bar with great service instead. Breakfast also great and the room was fantastic! Wish we had stayed longer!

Access to parking is a little tight with a big car but there were ample spaces once we had made it down into the garage.

Everything!Arrival: Great friendly welcome when you arrive - easy loading bay/30 min free parking when you arrive allowing family to get checked in easily.Rooms: Comfortable, clean room and beds with access to balcony. Double sink and good shower/bath.Amenities: Decent indoor swimming pool (a rarity in Belgian hotels), plus fantastic array of spa rooms (multiple saunas, steam rooms and a quiet "star-lit" room). Well-equipped gym too!Food & Beverage: Lovely bar, which is popular amongst locals and the breakfast had an amazing selection from healthy to kids faves such as nutella and biscoff spread. Eggs made as you like them by the chef in front of you and lots of gluten-free and vegan options too.Staff were friendly and showed great customer care throughout, even after check-out.
