Location was great, and staff were amazing! They didn't mind that we lingered at breakfast past the posted hours.

The rooms had carpets which were quite worn and stained. Also there was a terrible fish smell in the hallway that made coming/going quite unpleasant.

Easy parking on the street, very good breakfast, quite room.

Smelling shower, no possibility to open window (to refresh air in the roon)

Apartment can sleep up to 8, including 4 bunks.

Carpets were really dirty - My wife was grateful she brought slippers.

Near Alcatraz Festival. Parking available. Good breakfast.

No AC in the room, it was WAY too hot in August. The provided fans did not help and the windows could not be opened. Shower was not very clean.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel.The check-in process was easy and simple,the breakfast buffet was delicious and sufficient.The reception lady was attentive and helpful.

The room was very hot. There was limited option to make the room cooler: there was just a simple fan available. Was hard to fall asleep.

Third time we have stayed here. Perfect stay. Paid cheap parking on the door step, easy check in and excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff.

Great location walking distance from the town and the station. The apartment was perfect for 6 friends - 6 single beds, 2 x showers, 2x WC. Clean and quite. Good on street parking (only 4€ per day) with street EV charger if needed. Excellent breakfast.

We were a group of six friends. We only had one key to the outside door between us all so it was difficult when we wanted to do different things at different times. It would have been better to have a combination number lock to get into the building and could have then left the door key in the lockers outside the room.

great location, just 10 minutes walk to the center. The breakfast was so well-managed. The facilities are fine and reasonable.

Location is near to train station. Parking available right outside on road. Self check-in is great.

Room Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Room had carpet with lot of strains. Room was stinking, Towels provided were also had some bad smell.

Book here if your main focus is on having a place overnight with eight comfy beds, a good breakfast and a correct rate - which becomes increasingly beneficial based on a highter appartment occupancy ;-)Public parking is mostly available nearby (payble during the day from 9 AM to 7 PM and free at night) and, the Kortrijk city centre is a 15-minute walk; it's best to have your mobile handy to guide you or, ask for a city map when going for breakfast in their nearby Focus Hotel - located 90 meters from the Focus Budget with its rental appartments.

The kitchenette is too small (no way you will cook here for 4 - 8 people) and only has four chairs (again, for sleeping up to eight people). There are no kitchen towels and some utensils and cutlery are missing !Some repairs are also in order ... bathroom and kitchenette cupboard doors did not properly close.The mouvement detectors in the toilet, bathroom and bedrooms are unusual and felt a bit uncomfy (but that's a very personal comment while many might not care and counter me with their comfort and energy-saving advantages :-)As a generic comment. Belgian cities are beautiful to visit and great for shopping and dining with plenty to offer for all !

very noisy due to the (air?) tubes in the room - extrem amount of mosquitoes (even there was no window to open)

We arrived on a Sunday, so automated check in. Instructions on how to do so were 1st class. Location is superb for city centre and parking for our motorbikes (3) was literally outside the hotel front door.
