Square Hotel

Location and free parking on the streets after 7 pm. Good breakfast with variety

Small room

Incredibly friendly, very clean and comfortable. Bike friendly and a great place to stay

We got upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Spacious studio type room, with bath tub , kitchen, dishes. Clarins cosmetics in bathroom.

Weak wifi.

Lovely little hotel, central location in Kortrijk, easy walking distance to the city centre, nice buffet breakfast, very nice rooms, bathrooms and beds, aircon a blessing on hot days! Have stayed here and at Hotel Messeyne (just up the road, same owners) several times - happy to do so again anytime..

No small fridge or tea / coffee-making facilities in the room, which is a bit sad. I suppose I could always bring my own kettle next time. Only a few Hotel parking spaces exist, so you'll likely need to park at Houtmarkt public parking garage (less than 4 minutes walk away).

Great location friendly staff and comfortable rooms

No everything was perfect

Breakfast was really good. Staff was really nice and helpful when available. Got a room with a bathtub when requested. Free water and fruit at the reception.

Elevator was not working when we left early in the morning. So we had to drag the bags down the stairs, which resulted in my wife slipping and falling down the stairs. Two sprained ankles, chafed back and elbows. Was in horrible pain all the way back home. There is no night staff so no help or first aid kit available. Luckily we did not need emergency services. No early breakfast, we had to walk to the sister hotel whith an injured partner is less than ideal. Even in the other hotel we just got a small bandaid and no further help at all.

A lovely large, clean, modern room. Excellent breakfast. Very nice hotel. Recommendation.

It is our third stay here and we like the location and cleanliness of the hotel and also it is very good value for money

The housekeeper (not the cleaner who was very good) was very rude asking me why I wasn’t vacating the room at 11.00am when checkout is not until 12.00 noon. She banged on the door to ask me this when I had just told the cleaner.

Clean and location

1 spider in the closet

Breakfast, good location

There wasn't coffee machine

Modern spacious clean hotel. Good location and good value for money. Good breakfast buffet. Allowed us to store our bicycles safely inside the hotel.

No negative comments. It was a great hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Nice room with plenty of air. Great shower room.

Would prefer to have a small cellar room or similar for safe storage of bikes. Room was a bit small to take 2 bikes, and Reception Foyer is rather open to the street.

Location was great for the town, restaurants and sites.

Very clean and good facilities in the room Comfortable bed and quiet

The air conditioning in the room was not working, was stuffy

Great breakfast, good service. Comfy rooms. Great location in Kortrijk.

Great location. Modern, stylish and clean. Great bathroom and shower. Lovely breakfast and eggs cooked to order!

Reception staff were very good, my room was large and comfortable. This is a smart hotel

Can't think of anything

Very nice breakfast, friendly stuff, bar, clean room and bathroom

The room is very small if you share it with your friend. Its excellent if you stay alone and I guess its also perfect if you are a couple.

I've been to this hotel before and I liked the location and the room that I was given last time - i.e. large, suite like on the top floor.

I have written to the hotel a month in advance asking for a similar experience as last time, most importantly room on the top floor. I was assured that will be no problem. On arrival I was put in a much smaller room on the first? floor. When I complained about this the receptionist with patchy english knowledge told me hotel was full. So where does this leave me ? Not a happy bunny that's for sure..

Rooms and breakfast were great. Good location, staff extremely helpful.

Everything was fine.
