Friendly helpful staff
The room facilities were very basic. No kettle, tea, iron. The room was small and basic.
A very comfortable stay but the staff were impeccable! Especially the restaurant staff.
No hot drink making facilities in the room.
The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was great and the restaurant was excellent.
They don’t have a kettle in the room to have a tea or coffee.
Really clean and close to everything
That we had to pay extra fee before we could get the keys
The breakfast was average and the location was good.
We were struggling to charge our phone because the rooms has just the Europe old style sockets and we are coming from England and we came just with charging rope thinking to meet a standard socketsThe bed had a zip in-between the mattress making it so hard and very uncomfortable.
Friendly staff, hotel in modern design, good breakfast biffet with a lot of options, very trendy restaurant which seems very popular also with the local folks.

We arrived very late, but friendly night guard welcomed us promptly and gave us the opportunity to still have a drink in the nice bar.
- The room was lovely, beautiful view.- Easy to control Air-conditioning.- Crispy and soft sheets. - Amazing rain shower and pleasant smell of soap in the shower.- Huge tv in the room.
- The breakfast was a disappointment - we were there well before 10.30am but the items were not being refilled, staff was annoyed when we asked for plates, bread, eggs because there were none available. - An additional pillow would be great.
Location was good, concert just across the road. Plenty of parking spaces near in neighborhood. Breakfast place had plenty of space and food was tasty and generous.
Disappointing
the room smelled very much of cigarettes while it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
The breakfast was a very good range, the location was very good.
Would have liked a kettle in the room
