Hotel Central

The restaurant is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Worth a trip just for the mushroom soup and Ribeye. It is posh without being pretentious, it is a wonderful place for anyone seeking an atmosphere of family, friends, and fabulous dining in what I can only assume is a typical European hotel. Not only would I look forward to staying here again, I would go out of my way to do so.

Location, staffs and good foods

My last stay was more than 5-6 years ago, the room and facilities look a bit old.

Fantastic location near the railway station. Short distance to shops and town centre. Great breakfast, welcoming staff and comfortable bedrooms.

The building is ageing (e.g. some noise from the heating system)

During my stay, the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. On my last day, they prepared a breakfast box for me since I had to leave early, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered was fresh and delightful. The restaurant also served delicious meals. Additionally, my room was clean and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable.

AS ALWAYS VERY FREINDLY STAFF, LOVE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. ROOM WAS RATHER NOISY FROM OUTSIDE TRAFFIC BUT BED SUPER COMFY SO SLEFT WELL TIL THE EARLY MORNING TRAFFIC STARTED

BATHROOM NOT GREAT, SHOWER POSITIONED IN THE WRONG PLACE SO COULD NOT SHOWER PROPERLY. HOTEL WAS UPDATING THE ROOMS WHILE I WAS THERE SO A LITTLE NOISY DURING THE DAY.

The remodelled suite on third floor. Second floor was being remodelled and first one in needing remodelling. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast was good. Location is pretty good, easy 10 minute walk to the center.

The original room one the first floor had no sound proofing, windows didn't block any sounds from the street. There was also some draining/pipe noise which forced us to change rooms.

Great central location. Very friendly and efficient staff, fantastic breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Very uncomfortable pull out bed for my son to sleep. cramped family room.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was out of this world. A wide ranging, imaganative menu with something for everyone. The staff were most helpful and attentative.

It was perfect!!

The hotel is located right opposite the station, the staff was super friendly at all times, and breakfast was lovely. We really liked their system of ordering breakfast from a list of options in advance, helping to keep food waste at a minimum. And, BIG PLUS: They had gluten-free bread rolls available for breakfast, which was amazing! Lastly: The shower was specious and there was plenty of hot water coming out within seconds :-)

The shower in our room needed some renovation, but was okay overall (see above). And: All in all, the rates for the room felt a bit pricey, given that Roosendaal is not a major city.

Menu is limited in the restaurant

Well the food was excellent never have had such excellent food including the breakfast the only thing letting the hotel down was the beds they where toppers on bed frame so where very uncomfortable

Beds

Perfect location right opposite the train station. Spacious rooms with very comfy bed and plenty of soft fluffy towels. Kettle & fridge in room also. The breakfasts are plentiful & really delicious and to top it all the staff are truly amazing- can’t do enough to help you. Best place to stay in Roosendaal I’ll definitely be back again next year!

Breakfast is extremely well organised at the Central. A pre-order system is currently used where guests personalise their requests for items such as bread, meat, cheese, yoghurt etc. (for example, the evening beforehand). Eggs are freshly cooked to your specific request when breakfast is actually taken. This works very well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and willing to help with every query.

Breakfast and the surroundings were of a very good standard. Although you had to book choices the night before. A colleague had a great room on another floor that was very impressive and had been updated. Location was as described and close to Railway station which was not noisy or disruptive.

Road noise and pedestrians, could be heard in the early hours from my location to the road. Traffic was occasionally interrupting sleep as its a busy junction because the windows were old and single glazed. Our room (17) was quite dark, ensuite only had a shower and that room was small and old in terms of the style. Bar area was small so quite difficult keeping out the way of staff if more than 6 people were at it.

Cleanness, professional service and amicable. Fresh and tasty food.

Near central station. Roomy bathroom and bed was comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

Because of the location also busy streets. I checked in in the evening when it was busy in restaurant and I could not hear the receptionist well.
