Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and nice situated holel, excellent breakfast

Location to transport links was fantastic, and only a short work to the centre of Roosendaal. Staff were very friendly.

There was a stale odour in the corridor.

Great location, excellent bed comfort, newly renovated bathroom. Some rooms have also been renovated, some have not, and mine was one that had not been. For example, space for a fridge but no fridge. Good air conditioning though and the windows opened. Seems they did all bathrooms and some rooms so in time that will be done also. Beds must also be new so slept very well.

Breakfast could have had more options, but the continental options there were adequate.

Fairly limited facilities, no tea and coffee in room, beds great, great location,horrible smell in room, hotel needs an upgrade

The staff are wonderful! So friendly and helpful .The entrance, bar and restaurant area are beautifully decorated. Well places for the station. I had a kettle and sachets to make a drink in my room. They were generous with the toiletries and good towels. The furniture in the bedroom was nice. The lift was quick and worked fine. Best thing was breakfast! Great choice and delicious coffee.

A little dated bathroom, too clinical to relax. The bed on one side was very worn and the other almost as if no one has slept there. The tap was loose on the sink, the light switch repeatedly fell off and the bin in the bathroom was also broken.

Squeaky floor, no sound-proofing: I fell asleep to the sound of someone's television and I woke up to the sound of traffic and someone's television.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by a smiling receptionist you become part of there family. I have stopped in many Dutch hotels through business but the Rosendale is way out in front . The BEST i have experienced . I put in my laundry for cleaning asked how urgent i said not they said ok. Was back within 18 hours put on hangers. To doing eggs how i like them for breakfast. Nothing to fault. Location fantastic right by the station but you cant here the trains.

Location was perfect, breakfast was great value for money, staff was friendly and the reception and breakfast area were very modern.

The bed was too soft for my preference and we were staying in a room that hadn't been renovated yet, after coming from the downstairs entrance which was beautifully renovated, it felt like a bit of a letdown to then see the old room. The room was clean and in good state, so this is pure aesthetics!

Traffic noise was minimal. There was no rush to the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was lacking. The staff wanted to leave at night so the bar was closed on our first night despite us having a few drinks the till was closed with no announcement as it was clear they wanted to go and handover to the night manager. No heating in my room or the two rooms of my colleagues and very little attempt to resolve. 5 degrees out so it needed something.

I do not recommend

First of all I had to wait an hour and a half in front of the reception because the room was not ready! Another reason was the fact that I did not receive what I paid for, the bed was not double but there were two single beds stuck together, one of them having a more worn mattress that was not the same level as the other mattress,I didn't even have a fridge in the room and lastly I paid for the bathroom and got a shower!!! I do not recommend!

Staff is good. Location is in front of train station.

One day elevator does not work. Location is good but walk but far from downtown.

Location was awesome. We had heavy luggage. Right across from the train station. No need for a taxi. Lovely friendly staff. Nice facilitys

Perfect location across from the train station. Had everything for the traveller. Allowed early check in which was appreciated

Location was excellent especially if travelling by train and only a short walk into the town centre. Room was very spacious. Property was clean enough. Maid cleaned room/changed bedding and towels daily. Staff friendly and helpful for the limited interactions I needed (eg check in).

The breakfast offering was a little sparse in terms of quantity and choice.

Strange tap water taste and half filled bottle of water in the room that wasn’t mine.

Location was good.

The staff and the facilities. The floors were creeky and the hotel was old. They also have no restaurant so basically after the long convention day, I did not eat a proper meal.

Staff were friendly and the location was good for us.

Room was dirty. The bin hadn't been wash for a long time. The kettle looked like someone had washed up in it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was nowhere near a 4* hotel that you advertised.
