Hotel Villa Flora

We liked probably everything

Our family room is designed for people with kids. However, it is located on the rooftop and the elevator goes only up to the floor below. From there Zhou have to climb two more sets of stairs- one of which is a steep wooden ladder-like staircase… it feels unsafe when carrying kids. Everything else is great.

My sister and I arrived at the airport and then to Villa Flora early in the morning and were very grateful that the staff were able to get us into our room a couple hours later. In the meantime, they stored our luggage while we explored the town a bit. Everyone was helpful and friendly!

No complaints!

The beds were comfortable and the incentive given to use towels more than once. The room was clean and had a hot water heater and bottles of water.

Everything was good.

The stairs to our room were very steep. It should have been mentioned in the room description

Perfect location, good price, tasteful decor, lovely breakfast, free parking, free beers for being careful with our towels and a good restaurant on-site were all SUPER advantages. Beds were really firm and there was plenty of hot water in a very nice modern bath. Tea kettle for a cup of coffee or tea after a long day of touring was also appreciated. Hotel is right in the center of town directly on the shopping street, so just a few steps to make a quick stop at the drugstore or market, plus a big variety of nice restaurants within a five-minute walk. Keukenhof was a five-minute drive south with the beach another 15 and Harlem was about 20 minutes north with the Cobra Museum in Amstelveen about 20 minutes east. So convenient!!!!

Service at breakfast could have been better. The food was great and plentiful, but the morning team was not too attentive to get another cup of coffee or tea. Also, you must fill out a form every evening to get breakfast the next morning and that was not explained when we checked in.

Fresh juice and crossaint, fried egg. Didnt get to choose amount.

Perfect to visit Keukenhof. Bed is big and comfy. Bathroom is new and has everything you need. Restraunt looks nice and like a place to have dinner or a drink before bed.

Parking is limited and is also used by restaurant guests. Nevertheless there are also many parking slots on the street.

Being offered a drink in exchange for not having to clean the room.Also the location. close enough to walk to flower farms

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was quite big. And I like that way how you give pay back if I don't change my towels each day. It's win-win. :)

It was a bit cold. And water in shower could be a bit warmer.

Location in the flower region is perfect. Front desk staff is outstanding and very helpful. The cleaning team was friendly and excellent. The food was delicious! We all loved this hotel.

Bread rolls with breakfast to be provided or the facility to toast the bread or ask for toasted bread.The waiting time between courses was a long time, also it took a while for the menus to be provided the the food order to be taken.

Bathroom a little small and room would benefit from a fridge. Balcony a real bonus.

The front desk! Brilliant service. Knowledgeable and helpful, everyone at the hotel went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Overall, a lovely, wonderful hidden gem. Location was excellent.

We loved everything about this hotel.

Staff were lovely, very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the centre and we were able to watch the flower parade from our balcony! The children had a bunk bed in a room attached to my own room but it gave us a little bit of space which was perfect in the evenings.

We didn't get breakfast as it was quite expensive

The location was excellent for De Keukenhof.The staff were very friendly.

We didn’t need the room cleaned but the bin emptied and clean mugs would have made a difference.

Large comfortable room, good size kettle and drink station, added bonus if staying 2 nights and not change of towels a free drink

Me and my friends were very happy with this hotel, the rooms where a lovely size, very clean, location was very good and the star where lovely. Will defo recommend and will stay again

It looks a lot better on the pics then in reality.

We had a room facing the back and it was warm so we opened the window and downstairs people from a party where talking loud and smoking and it was really annoying
