Location and great staff

Had room key issues multiple times. Pool was closed for the day. Stains and broken tiles, etc. in our room.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

The heating was a bit high

Loved the cleanliness, the welcoming staff, the absolute comfort and safety in the hotel as I was a lone traveller

Felt B& B is a little pricey

Hotel was lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Beautiful spacious bedroom. Bar food and breakfast very good.

There was a long wait on the bar food in the evening, but it was extremely busy as the Three Amigos were playing in the function room that night.

Never had breakfast, was told we have to pay for it , so I let go

We should be more informed when checking in, that we’ll now need to go out to get drinking water as against how it’s mostly been leaving bottles of water in the room

Housekeeping hit and miss, 4 night stay and they only did the room once

Filtered water available on each floor,.with a jug for refilling in the room was an excellent addition.

Very little. Room was quite warm. An electric fan was provided, but it was quite noisy.

The staff couldnt do enough for us, I rang ahead as we were travelling with our 14 week old and requested a fridge to store his bottles which was no issue. They set up a beautiful cot for him. Rooms are beautifully designed. Hotel is extremely eco friendly and there is access to a water fountain to refil bottles. Felt extremely safe as you need a key card to access lifts and corridors where the rooms are.

Room was extremely warm but was no issue as we just turned down the radiator.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful. It's a very secure site.

The room and bathroom were very warm. Perhaps we just didn't find the thermostat, but the lack of ventilation in the bathroom made it extremely warm after a shower. On a more personal note, we found the pillows quite uncomfortable.

faded, needs an upgrade. our non smoking room had hundreds of cigarette butts outside the window.

I loved everything about hotel ,comfortable clean ,staff friendly.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing

The security staff were rude and intimidating. They told us there was no residents bar after reception telling us when we checked in there was. I had been driving and was looking forward to having a drink when I came back to the hotel as we were staying 2 nights. The security staff 6/8 of them were very rude and said there was no residents bar ....... Our second night the residents bar was open but unfortunately we could not use it as I had an early start. It ruined our break and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel staff were fine it was the security staff were terrible and abusive. I did say it to reception in the morning and it was supposed to be relayed to the duty manager but I heard nothing back.

Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was great lots of choice. Location was great coming from Nenagh to see The Three Amigos. Thanks.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable.

Bar closed at 12 with no option to take a pint to my room.

Came with 2 grandsons. Nice gesture of a drink and popcorn in the room

Rooms were renovated recently as significantly more modern that my last stay

Only feedback i have is that the staff were noisy in the morning in the corridors and it did wake me up. While i understand they have to work a bit more consideration would be appreciated.
