Very nice facility. Loved the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Amazing views of the city. Good menu and food quality. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. Hot showers. Secure parking. Good Wi-Fi. We stayed an extra day.

The Wifi was good, good location and the food was perfect. Good services too

the hotel was very good, it meet my expectations, clean, the food they have was very good tast and quality, you can have buffet lunch around 35$ and the buffet food is very good.the staff are very kind and humble, they assisted very well

Clean and breakfast and comfortable

Rooms are very clean, nice linen and towels. Bed and pillows lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice variety of fresh fruits and the cooked buffet breakfast was ample. Staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the roof top restsurant/ bar Hotel is well organised.

clean enough yet pokey, bathroom door did not close, and some sort of a smell was coming through, bathroom sink did not drain ... and bedsheet had a mark.

Consistently good customer service. Room was comfortable and the a/c worked well. Airport pickup was quick and efficient. Would stay again.

Some staff were exceptionally friendly, one "Saumu" would literally go out of her way in endeavor of ensuring more comfort. The location was super,.

1. The cofee shop at thr ground floor lobby is open only during the day and closed at 1800 when it is "coffee time" One has to go to 10th floor to order cofee 2. Lifts are small cubes that cannot fit 3 well fed people, which makes. highh usage traffic during peak hours

This is our second time staying here. We like the location, secure parking, comfortable clean room and good WiFi. However our room had no power when we arrived, they were able to fix most of the problem except we had no lights. We waited to see if they were going to fix it and by evening we needed to change rooms. The new room was HOT and it was some time before we could feel comfortable. Just wasn’t a good time.

Location is central and hotel restaurants are practical for business trip. Rooftop bar is very nice.

It can be a bit noisy as close to main street.

The service at their restaurants are really poor for lunch and dinner. Time and quality of food.Long time to be attended (i.e., 1 hour for a salad, and they didn't have any green for it).

The people were very friendly. Shiva, the general manager was excellent and the chef went above and beyond for us and his name was Sunny. Overall brilliant service.

Cleanliness and the attention to detail by the staff

This hotel was conveniently located to where we needed to be as we were having an overnight stop on our overland camping drive and wanted accomodation near where we were heading.The person in reception was most welcoming and gave us an upgrade which was great,Spacious, clean and comfortable room.Had dinner on their rooftop bar overlooking the city which was a nice bonus to our stay.Breakfast good.All staff were excellent .

This is my second time to stay over. The rooms are exsiqsite as i remember them. Mine was cleaned on a daily basis. I always welcome the free coffee/tea bar that is in the room. It's a nice touch. The bathroom is modern with a very good powerful shower head. I love this place for its location. It is in walking distances to almost everything that is there to be seen in Dodoma.The other aspect that they get right is the brilliant breakfast. So much choice. And most of it is tasty!

I would have given it a ten had the building work in the room above me not bothered me. i am afraid it did. And the roof top swimming pool too was undergoing some bit of refurbishment - so it was out of use. A shame really.

Breakfast was okay but service was really slow. The staff would not replenish cutlery or clean up in time for new people to sit and the hotel was full - so alot of waiting around.

They overbooked so my colleagues were bumped off to other hotels. When I checked in my room had no power, then once that was fixed I had no hot water, then eventually no water at all - they offered to bring me a bucket of hot water!

Fine hotel in a good location. Front desk staff was nice. The rooftop bar has a nice vibe and has some decent specials (though is not particularly cheap). Good secure parking.

The pool was not open. Our room wasn't ready despite the late hour so they comped us some juice (would have been nicer to comp some alcoholic drinks!).

Great for a 3 night work trip. Close to the airport and the food was good. Comfortable rooms, good hot water and helpful reception.

The reception forgot to tell their driver I had requested an airport drop off which was a bit of a panic on leaving, but they were very apologetic and it was all fine in the end.
