Good service and good breakfast.

not enough parking place and the bath room very low level.

Very clean room.

Lack of a bedside table. Shower in very poor condition. I find it unbelievable that someone working at the reception in a four-star hotel does not speak English.

Price was fair for this old hotel

Knocking on the doors at 8:20 to clean the rooms is way too early. Also the hotel doesn't have any sound isolation, you hear every word your neighbor is saying.

the rest... they had stopped heating, the first room was really stinking because of being so wet, I asked for different room, it was a bit better, but not much, had to keep balcony door open all the time to have fresh air.door card didn't function on the second day, I got new one, that didn't function either...

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, comfy bed, cleanliness' was mostly good

On the day of the check in there was no coffee, the hotel said they don't have any and the machines are broken. No problem, happens. However, there was a big coffee machine right beside our room door which miraculously worked again the next morning from 7 o'clock so that we were not able to sleep at all anymore. The room was vibrating. There were spiders in the room and the furniture is very old fashioned and needs upgrading. The room was quite expensive and for such a high prices you expect more, especially being able to sleep.

Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variation. Service was exceptional good. The room was very quiet. Because of the town being quite packed, the hotel offered to put a second bed into the room. Thanks!

The furniture and the bathroom could need a little bit of a modern "upgrade". Otherwise everything has been nice. Again, thanks for the nice stay.

We were staying in the Hotel. When we Come back at night, out keycard did not work. There is No one answering Phone and it is impossible To get in. Note in the door says "we are happy To open the door for you anytime" Bad joke.

Nice modern hotel with good off road parking. Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff both at reception and in the restaurant. We will be back.

Not much we disliked at all really. Air conditioning in our room would have been nice as it was very warm, A lift would also be nice as there were a lot of steps. But neither were big issues or would so is coming back.

The location was great and the history of that place.

The first room was moldy and stinky. It is an old house without any renovations in the room for the last 25 years or more.I would not recommend it. Beside that the breakfast was good.

Terrible cleaning, the rooms smell and one could argue that they don’t comply with safety protocol. Location is also inconvenient.

Those among the staff who are experienced have excellent skills at listening and accomodating the clients.Here, you may not get the most modern or high tech hotel, but a hotel with warmth, kindness, courtesy and a service culture

Some of the rooms have worn out and outdated furniture. Nevertheless, I must say that it was impeccably clean.

Breakfast - could be more warm dishes, at least some boiled sausages and grilled tomatoes, especially in winter time

This is a great hotel - the only downside is its location which is a good way out of the city - if travelling by car not an issue but with nowhere to eat in an evening close by it's a taxi ride to venture out. Public transport is great and regular so getting around without a car is no problem for wider travel

Booked this hotel for a stopover when travelling. Handy to the motorway comfortable and clean. Soundproofing good so we had a good nights sleep.

Nice and quiet hotel that I have used several times when travelling through Germany. Good food and nice location.

The evening meal was very good. The service was good. Reception was fine.

Our room No. 125 was really tired and shabby. Chipped paintwork, chairs falling apart. Dark and dingy and old-fashioned. It desperately needs a make-over! Also didn't like the ridiculous price of the breakfast €19 per person!!! Consequently we didn't have breakfast there! Only fruit teas provided in room, not black tea!

The location was quite close to my meeting, hence the reason for choosing the hotel. Breakfast was nice actually.

The price for a single room, with single bed was a bit outrageous. The room looked like a summer camp holiday home room. Fridge not working (water at the bottom of the fridge), no water in the room, no Air Conditioning (my fault, as I did not noticed it during the booking process), and the smell of cleaning chemicals reminded me of my primary school on Monday mornings. As no AC in the room I have opened the window, but had a problem with bugs - no mosquito fence. Generally not happy with this one.

The hotel is not the newest one, but was very clean and everything needed was there. We just wanted to spend the night during our long journey and the hotel perfectly fit to our needs. Very good value for money.

The restaurant. Good for dinner and for breakfast as well! Good employee at the reception. Good price quality ratio.

The bedrooms are a little bit too old. They need absolutely a renovation.
