McDreams Hotel Mönchengladbach

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Flexible check in is very useful.

Good bakery around the corner and a supermarket

Weird crowd there, extremely small room and uncomfortable bed

Would not attempt to stay here again

There was no staff anywhere. We only received a virtual key in email for one of the rooms. We had no idea how to get into the other two rooms. The rooms were so tiny we barely had room for our things and to move. One of my sons somehow after a lot of searching tracked down the other two virtual keys, but if he hadn’t been able to do that, there was no one to help and no number to call

There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself. Carefull and helpful staff. Hotel was clean. Place is easy to find. Parking is provided as well.

I did paid 40€ parking fine because it was not easy to understand at night i used n.to market's parking instead hotel's parking. There is just a meter distance. And no sign which says "hey this is market's parking".But the fitness center down floor makes impossible to sleep. Someone opens the music as high as possible at midnight. Something constantly is dropping ata 05:30AM and go on (likely weightlifting).

You get what you pay for. Semi fake advertising showcasing all the goods but non of the bads. Bedcovers seemed clean but I really dislike carpet in hotelroom when not vacuumed or cleaned correctly. Makes everything look dirty.

The Area wherein the “cabin hotel” is located it a heavy troubled area. Lost of drugusers walking around, stolen cars and trash/littering, needles etc EVERYWHERE. Don’t bring your dog! The kind of place where you worry if your car will still be there in the morning.

Avery functional hotel. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. No frills.

Finding the entrance at night was difficult. Price too high for what was offered

The room was perfect.

I had stayed at Mcdreams before. Now there is lack of reception which would have been helpful. Also I arrived early before room was ready so I had to stay there waiting for the room to be ready since they do not offer storage facility. I stayed there for 5 days. My towels where no change once. I did not like this while in my first stay at McDreams this happened.

Was safe

Bed was too soft no staff around was all online.

Clean, quiet, central, easy check-in, very convenient.

Location is good, room is clean and large. Free car parking is a big plus.

I dont like Self-check-in/ digital check in. It takes time to enter the room.

When you book you know it is selfservice. Communication and instructions are good. Room is clean and good value for money.

Very clean and spacious

Location not great but close to motorways

Really good location, comfortable room with all things needed for a short stay, wide set of TV channels, good bathroom. Easy and secure check in process.

The place is very clean, neat, and spacious. Everything was comfortable and well cared for.

Comfy beds. Very cool gym downstairs

No AC

It's the third McDreams we have stayed in. Excellent. Automated check in works well

The property was easy to get to, check in and out was digital, and the rooms were very clean.

Only complaint was no air con!

Very easy check in and lovely comfortable beds with lovely clean towels

I was concerned about the check in but it worked out very smoothly

Easy entry, clean

Noisy location, smelled smoke in bathroom

No staff, clean & modern
