The room was very spacious, and the beds were a dream to sleep in. We checked in very late, but that was no problem. Staff was really friendly and we felt welcome.

No outside seating area although I believe there will be when renovations are completed. Bar area needs to be more inviting, comfy seating, soft furnishings and less bright lighting would improve this area.

The room including the bathroom was comfortable, practically furnished, fully equipped, stylish, exceptionally clean and quiet. I was totally satisfied with it.The location was excellent too, approximately 15 minutes on foot from the central bus station, train station and city center. The street in front of the hotel was very quiet so it was easy to sleep.The staff was helpful, friendly and flexible.

The room did not have a minibar, which I later discovered was already indicated during the booking, so that was okay. But when I asked for a room with a minibar, because my father needs one for his insulin shots, they wanted me to pay extra — which, to be fair, one could argue is their right. However, during our one-week stay, the AC was not working, and all they could offer us was an apology. So when it comes to their rights, they don’t compromise at all and make sure to get everything. But when it comes to their duties, and something is missing, they just say “sorry”

Was not aware the hotel is still under renovation. Aircon did not function properly (on a very hot day 30 degrees). It was impossible for me to sleep as the room was hot and no air. Scaffolding was blocking my window. Felt claustrophobic. Lift is old and scary

Refurbished rooms are great. When the restoration is finished, it will be a top quality.hotel.

Position. Clean bedding every day. Comfortable beds.

No safe in room. No air conditioning. No fridge. Shower leaked over the floor. Our tilting window was broken so no ventilation! No room service and no choice at dinner due to 3 hockey teams being provided with a buffet. Ground floor room allocated next to a noisy car park. Chef refused to cook us poached eggs for breakfast.
