B&B Hotel Mönchengladbach

Close to the railway station, close to dusseldorf

The room stinks of mold., the bathroom stinks of sewage open the window for fresh air you have the noise of passing trains. Room is small and dull the smell is the worst.

Very nice receptionist. We were stranded due to cancelled trains and she offered to stay a minute longer to register us. The hotel is 5 min walking from the station. Breakfast seemed like a fair treat after getting stranded and it was. Veggy and vegan options, nice atmosphere.

It was close to the family members I wanted to visit and also the fact it had a bedroom for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids).

The room was not clean, at all. The bathroom floor was full of hairs from the previous guest and the carpet was probably vacuumed 1 year ago... The corners of the carpet were super dirty.Breakfast was average but the organization of the room was super bad. Understaffed, no reception of customers and direction to suitable tables. Therefore, you had 1 single person taking tables for 4 and then we were not able to sit anywhere.

Breakfast was lovely with a good variety.The beds were really comfortable and the curtains kept out the light.The shower was amazing.The staff were kind, polite and informative.Overall very happy.

Pretty much what you would expect from a B&B hotel. The room was clean and big enough.

No staff, room was very small for 3 people. No reception to check in at arrival and no possibility to do anything about the room. Room was not clean.

It was a short walk to the train and bus station. Free parking so close to the city. The breakfast was good value.

It's a cheap solution near to Mc'D, Rewe and Mediamarket.

Very nice, very clean, modern hotel. Good sized room and good shower room. Lovely, helpful staff. Great breakfast which was excellent value for money and nice breakfast restaurant area. Good vending machine. Close to the main train station with nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Walking distance into the centre - 20 - 25 mins. Good access to buses at the station. Free WiFi. Good place.

Only one English speaking channel on the TV (Sky News International). Immediate surroundings not pretty (but still good location if slightly outside the town centre). Online check-in on a fixed screen in the foyer was fiddly and we needed to call a member of staff to help out in the end, who was friendly and everything with the code system worked well after that. Could've done with an extra pillow but I'm sure the attentive staff would've helped if we'd asked (I was too busy to remember to ask during the day!)
