Late evening reception, very friendly and helpful, even fulfilled extra wish although I did not explicitly ask for it

The breakfast has only very little to offer for people who follow vegan and gluten free nutrition: very little fruits and vegetables, only white flour bread, no whole grain bread: no other vegan options like spreads for the bread or milk alternatives

The room smelled of cigarettes, I told the receptionist, but she seemed not to care much.

The room was great, spacious, clean.

The walls were quite thin, you could hear the upstairs guests walking around. A fridge in the room, however small could have been useful. Also the breakfast could have included more variety.

Surpisingly good hotel, quiet, good breakfast and for us on aa good location for a weekend trip.

Room was big and clean. Breakfast was superb.

Night checkin was easy with a lock box with pin, breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly. Room was clean and decent with a bar of chocolate, an assortment of teas and coffee, as well as a bottle of water included. Furnishings were modern, including a flatscreen TV and ambient lighting in addition to regular room lighting. Free WiFi available for all hotel guests.It was a somewhat similar experience to Leonardo Hotels, but at a budget price (and without a night bar).As a single traveller, I can recommend it and will use it again in the future

Bathroom tiles style was old (plain white), unlike the rest of the room. As it was squeaky clean with no mold or dirty and at the price not really a downside though.The old elevator makes a quite audible squeaking/metal-on-metal scraping noice when moving, but no security concern at any point of time.

Clean rooms and staff at reception friendly.

The beds were really uncomfortable. At breakfast, they do not clean the tables. We arrived and out of the +10 tables, only one was empty and clean. They did not come to fill the things that were empty such as the eggs, the juices,.. they walk past, see that it needs to be restocked and just turn their head and walk away. Really disappointed.

This was an excellent hotel for location, comfort and breakfast when we travelled there for the Euro championships

I enquired when breakfast was on a Sunday to be told 7am. We arrived just after 7 to find nothing available and no one to about to ask. We had to leave to catch our train without breakfast.

The shower in room 204 was making bubbly noises that woke me @ 6am. The water staid in the tub fot 10minutes.

Workers are all nice.

Elevator is too dangerous i think..hotel building is too old to use.i dont know i got the worst room or not.its actually got three stars,but its like motel,not hotel.anyway Hotel preise was quite cheap,its good but,i would never choose here again.frühstück egg scramble is overcooked,but a lot of juice are there.workers were all nice.

Not too far from the highway, the area is very quiet. The breakfast was good.

Very clean, good size apartment and wifi speeds for kids. Separate twin room and living room with sofa bed and pull out bed under TV. Good supermarket on main road, left out of main door and around 3 minute walk for dinner in (no oven). Excellent breakfast. Perfect for our stop overnight.

Apartment top floor of building adjacent to hotel with no lift. Parking in main hotel car park off one way system. Short walk from car park to apartment main door then a few flights of stairs, no worries for us but just to say.

Everything was bad. Very dirty. Without even towels and pillows in the room. Paid for parking , and they said are foul .

When I booked the room online, free wifi was included in the room facilities. On our check-in day we arrived at the hotel and paid for our stay at the reception before we go up to our room. After the payment was processed, I asked about how we can connect to WiFi in the room and the receptionist lady at the counter went inside to ask the manager about it. When she came back, she told us that there is no connection in the room because the router got broken in the moring of that day. I argued that they should have told us about the problem before we finalised the payment, so that maybe we could cancel our stay. She forwarded my complaint to her manager who I could see from distance. He was extremely ignorant and rude. He did not even looked at us or even did not came to us to apologize. He just send her back to us again to say that this is the case. Zero effort to solve our problem and even worse, zero effort to ease our frusturation. Definitely a no buy. I am almost pretty sure that those routers gets broken again and again just the day when the guests arrive.
