Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was ok. It had a basic layout of cereals, breads, meat and eggs

Lift was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. No wifi. no towels in the room

It was an overnight stay comfortable and clean with good breakfast so it was good for us

Check in was arranged at a sister hotel - said to be due to staff sickness - no receptionist available. Lift was out of order. Communication was not good. Breakfast was ok.Sister hotel staff were good.

Arrived around 9 pm , the door was closed and a paper at the door that I have to pick up the key 500 m away at another hotel . The room was like a prison cell. Barely someone at the facilities who speaks German or English. Very poor conditions for a hotel

Terrible Service, Rude Staff, and No RespectMy stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and had absolutely no respect for guests. They barely spoke English, making communication very difficult. When we tried to address the issues, they started raising their voices at us instead of helping. To make things even worse, they even threatened to call the police for no reason. On top of that, the elevator was out of order, and we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the 4th floor by ourselves, with no assistance from anyone. The complete lack of professionalism and hospitality made this a terrible experience. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room, bedsheets, and bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was fine.

To check in, I had to walk half a kilometer at 9:00 PM to pick up the key from another hotel, as I was not informed about this in advance.I wanted to use the gym, but I had to go to a different hotel to obtain an armband. Each time I asked, I was told that "all armbands are currently with other customers." For four days, I was unable to use the gym at all; it felt like a scam.Additionally, I needed to work using the Wi-Fi, but it was unavailable for two days during my stay. When I inquired about it, I was informed that it was broken, and they had no idea why.Every morning, the staff started cleaning other rooms very early, which caused a lot of noise and woke me up.Lastly, I felt that this hotel is still under construction or something similar. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very disappointed.

The check in is not at the hotel and we have to go around half Kilometer away to another hotel to check in and get the room key.The room was smelly and the bathroom was very small. The internet didn't work for the whole day and when we tried to talk the guy at reception he was extremely arrogant and disrespectful. In breakfast the milk was cold and i asked that if i can have warm milk and they said, No we don't have warm milk.

Hassle check in

The hotel staff did not allow me to let in, I have to go to another hotel( 500 meters away) to perform the check-in and collect the keys. After that I have to come back to this hotel. The cleaning is not up to the standard and everywhere used bedsheets are present and Internet did not workThis is really bad service, and I was not having prior communication on this.

The room was very nice for the money you pay. Nice beds and matras.

Breakfast good. Location OK for a one night stop. Close to autobahn so if in a vehicle good.

No options for a meal close and hotel only offers breakfast. Coffee machine for hot drinks would be a good addition.

It was not far from the work i had that week and the breakfast was ok.

Everything. The pictures were old and the place was run down. Booking.com states it had a bath in the room. It didn't. Also claimed to have a Sauna in the hotel but i didn't see anything of the such. The beds were really uncomfortable and the shower plastic seals were incredibly dirty, the door doesn't close by itself.

Disgusting

1st they say fitness center, there is no fitness center 2nd the elevator does not work3rd the heater does not work4th the toilet and bathroom smells horrible5th the room was disgusting and not cleanI asked the manager to refund and I left the building. I contacted customer service hoping for help with this false advertising. It's not acceptable. I was on a business trip and it's really bad

The pillow didn't give any support. They weren't comfortable.

The room was in sad condition. Awful lighting, things broken off, skirting looked broken and filthy. Ew.
