Breakfast and all meals were very good. Dinner wait staff was excellent.

Breakfast waitress was unattentive and unfriendly. I don’t think she likes her job. It was the same all three days at breakfast.

Location pleasant. No hot food at breakfast. Great wine list

Staff didn't make much effort. Had to move rooms due to smell in shower. Second room the shower mechanism was difficult to operate and the button had been broken off. Mimi bar only given on first night. No shampoo or conditioner.Dark decor.

Excellent location, excellent restaurant

We had the apartment which had no wardrobe, no coat hangers, no drawers to put your clothes.

We have stayed here twice now and the property is always clean and the staff is always nice and helpful. Great bar and restaurant also makes it a good stay. One of the best properties in this area and right across from a large park.

The interiors are a bit dated but otherwise it’s great.

It is an average hotel that could do little to become (very) good. But it looked like no one cared about it

The staff was nice but not really paying attention to you. The hotel is located aside (advantage to some and disadvantageous to others) so please mind there are no shops in the neighborhood.

It was quiet and comfortable. It is very well situated for walks with Bunter Gardens on the doorstep. Lovely area.

Apart from the hotel, there was no-where to get anything to eat without walking at least 20 minutes or getting a taxi. There wasn’t even a local shop.

Good location in a nice area. Good restaurant.

They had make a mistake in the reservations. Obviously there was a double booking of my room and my second overnight I was thrown out of the room. Luckily I had a possibility to sleep in my colleague’s room. The hotel compensated with a dinner in the restaurant but nevertheless I am deeply displeased.

There was construction blocking access to the hotel and nobody care to put instruction so we know how to access through a little street in forest it was a nightmare and construction worker attacke the car when we told them we want access the hotel. One guy wanted to putch me for challenging how to access hotel. Also construction started with noise at 6:20am on a Saturday!!!! Waking up all to go to the shiftiest breakfast I saw!!! We had to ask to get something in small quantity with discussing instant coffee, no eggs, two slice of salami for 3 people…

We had an amazing room with great climate control during a warm day. It's close to the highway but quiet inside and a beautiful park right across the hotel.. we will definitely stay here again if it is on route.

The Suites are only accessible by stairs.
