The House needs a litte attention in details and upkeep but still very satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Nice atmosphere to enjoy the entire location.

Pool was not clean

Beautiful garden, little patio that walks out to the garden with a beautiful view. Comfortable and big room and bathroom. Very delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

It is a very convenient location, and the staff were very accommodating and looked after me. Breakfasts were made to perfection. The whole ambiance was very pleasant.

I think the wear and tear shows, it’s a little old and things like the window latches are snapped so you can’t close them/lock them. Lampshades and smaller details are old. But nothing to stop you from staying there!

My colleagues were not happy when they arrived as their rooms were dirty. After speaking with Regina, all was sorted. Khuselwa and Dylan had a great stay. We will keep your establishment on our database.

The staff and the pool area

The property needs a bit of maintenance and the room was not completely clean. The kettle was dirty, the curtains were dirty and the tv was not working.

Friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating.

We booked the same room we stayed in 8 years ago on our wedding night. Sadly, it seems, since our original visit, the room has not been well maintained and in our opinion is now somewhat dilapidated. Food, we assume was left by previous guests, was still in the cupboard.

The room was comfortable clean , neat & tidy, bathroom was spacious & clean, breakfast was delicious & on time.We received a warm and friendly welcome. The staff are friendly, available & helpful.The highlight of my stay was the full body massage, both me & my wife enjoyed the massage fully.

Some of the crockery in the breakfast area must be replaced, some of the cups are chipped.

Location is good

Not sufficient parking. The facility is in desperate need of a face lift. Every thing above eye height is dirty and dusty.When going for breakfast you have go and look for the hosts to tell them you at breakfast.the bath leaked,Shower was blocked, one bedside light worked, duvet cover was dirty and you where issued with one hand towel a bath towel and a normal towel for two people, the carpet was dirty with some ares sticky.When we arrived they had a party going on .

It was not what I expected, the pool is too deep I almost drowned. what is said to be the restaurant is just a small dining area. Don't get me started on the bar, there is none. The guy at the gate (uncle Collen) makes the drinks, they were out of beers and ciders, had to teach the uncle to make cocktails (they did not have enough ingredients)

The room was terrible curtains wasn't supposed to hang they would be better on the floor, no seams in the cutains. The tv did not work the first night. The hairdryer did not have a plug to put into the wall. My son went out two times to ask for the right plug. The bathroom was the same. Nothing was fixed and didn't look good as a 4 star b & b, the only one that was very friendly was the security guard/ guy that we met the first night. The house had very nice ?? art, but it did not go with the rest of the house...

Loved the hospitality from Colin and staff..breakfast was lovely. Very serene pleasant place.Atmosphere..warm and cosy. Home away from home..we didnt like our room and this was changed. Very accommodating staff. TV's and wifi great in all rooms. Dining area and lounges are lovely..baths and showers are in great condition.

The pool was not inviting..needs to be cleaned out. Outdoor furniture needs to be renewed. Linen needs to be renewed. Tennis courts need to be revamped. No spa aa advertised. The property needs an overall upgrade for a 4 star..carpets and entrance needs to be revamped. Saying no the property doesnt meet my expectations seems unfair but I cannot say yes because the spa, tennis cpurt and pool was lacking..
