I liked the location as everything was close to walk.

Reception employees. They were not friendly, they were not comunicative and helpfull. Except one guy who I think his name was Fatih. He was perfect. Everyone else was not good enough to be receptionist.

Simple

Spider webs in hallway, marks on walls in room, noise in room- fan in bathroom, air condition/ room temp not able to change, tv channels limited for English language, quality of sheets, single comforter instead of double for double bed, shampoo no conditioner, dispenser does not work well for shampoo/ body wash

Ok for a 1 night stay but definitely a 'bare bones' facility. Two twin beds and a couple of cheap towels....that was it.

Absolutely no conveniences.

Location to the Schwebebahn is perfect as this is the main attraction of the City, very modern hotel that was very clean and comfortable

Limited parking available at the property without any real local alternative, also no complementary water in the room

Very spacious family room, clean and airy. View of the schwebebahn out the window and very convenient for the closest stop. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything is clean, the bed is good (room 308) and the employee was friendly.

Sober, businesslike interior, unfortunately only soft cushions.

Not so much chooses in breakfast the mixed fruits on the bowl are already getting bad.

The staff was good, wifi reliable.

We arrived in the evening in January. Temperature outside was -5°C and once we entered the room, there was completely open window, so inside the apartment was crazy cold. We closed the window, turned on the AC (there is no heating in the room). But AC for heating was limited to max 25°C and the fan was very low. The whole room wasn't possible to get warmer for whole night icnluding bathroom. We left the hotel in the morning with cold and running nose. Really bad experience. Also beds are very small for normal person (very narrow), so i almost fell down 3times during the night...

One of our roomcodes did not work, there was no one around to solve the issue, I ended up booking a new room. Day after I tried to get a refund at reception but they told me to email them. I have tried weeks to get a refund, even after sending the video with proof of the room that did not open, the hotel did not refund. Worse thing is that Booking also did not help out, I contacted the customer service, they did not help, and being a Genius VIP did not change a thing. Very dissatisfied and will think again booking.

All perfect. In my room did not work the TV, but really no stress with this...so I read the book... :-)

The room is really little bit smaller, but for one person and one night OK...

I really like your bed and towel they were very soft and ok

I don’t like carpets. Seems that it was very old and dirty. Please remove it, I hate it, you can put slippers at room and remove this bad carpet.

Close to the central station

Actually I could not stay at the first night due to arrival at 23.00. No one was at the reception. Both the checkin machines were turned off (you can check the camera that we were at both the machines). Moreover I have not received any email regarding intruction for self checkin. The next morning the staff admitted there might be a problem with email system but DID NOT OFFER THE THE REFUND although I have not been able to use the room.We have to go to a relative to spend the night and come back the next day to checkin (for another separate booking for 3 nights which were okay)

The breakfast was less variaties

They was less bread, only white. No Orange juice in the machine

The room was clean and cosy. The water pressure in the shower was good. It was easy to get to from the central station with public transportation.

The view was on the Schwebebahn, which is nice but a little noisy.

Easy access to the city and public transport. Free parking, although limited spaces. Clean.

I asked in advance for a room with a view of the monorail..I was informed that would be ok..I got a room overlooking the car park. I asked reception desk for a new room. There was no room available. Half the power sockets didn't work. The Aircon didn't work.

Great hotel price/quality wise. Hotel is located next to the Schwebebahn so the rest of the city is also easily accesibble. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located next to fairly busy road. If you close the windows you won't hear anything but otherwise you get some traffic noise from the street.

Room is good enough for one night stay. It is clean. The breakfast is good enough. location is not good.
