Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Wuppertal

We liked everything from check-in to the room to the breakfast

Only thing I didn’t like was receiving so many messages, texts and mails

Room was great, very comfortable and modern. Staff were very friendly too. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection. Very tasty. Location was perfect for our trip, a quick walk into the town centre. We used the swimming pool next door for free a couple of times - amazing building and swimming facilities. We have stayed here before and will return again !

Very minor, but there was only pancakes for 1 of the 5 days we had breakfast there ! The kids were disappointed...

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Good location, convenient parking, large and clean rooms. Good value for money!

its was amazing experience! from the first step in the hotel everything was perfect. special compliment to the staff: the whole hotel team works for one goal. the guys at the reception were very friendly (I don't remember the names, the evening of 26.04 and the morning 27.04). - location: Historische Stadthalle just around the corner.. wait, no, right across from the hotel! we came to a concert at this venue so the location was perfect.- the bar and bartender were awesome! beer, cocktails, wine... and such a nice terrace with a view... - This room had all you need for a short stay, everything is so new and fresh. + Bad! - breakfast was fantastic, A rich selection, natural juices, hummus in guacamole and even micro greens :)

Just one issue that, unfortunately, cannot be completely resolved, but a compromise could definitely be found: parking. Only 5 slots for hotel guests, sounds like a joke for such a huge hotel.. , but payed parking just in front of is available. 12€/day, payment on reception. And there is a Schwebebahn station nearby, for travel in which is covered by Deutschlandticket.

The staff is cool, no matter if they help you at the reception or in the restaurant or with cleaning. They are always friendly and witty. The rooms are great, location is beautiful with nice parking-facilities. The breakfast is really good with the best guacamole I ever had in Europe.

The staff was friendly and helpful

The room wasn't well cleaned, one of the dustbins had not been emptied

Nice design, parking garage with lot of spaces, the temperature in the room was really nice when we first entered eventhough it was cold outside.

The walls were not soundproof. I was able to hear all the discussions from outside or from next door.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and nicely sized rooms. Would totally book there again.

Short walk to the Christmas markets. The Schwebebahn right in front. A chocolate Santa was waiting in front of our room, nice gesture!Plenty parking space in the garage.

Site was perfect and the view was very good

The airco was not working even after changing the room to another was not still good

The breakfast was really good with alot of options and one of the better breakfast options I have had in europe. The price was 15 euros but I think it was worth it and there was fresh options for everyone. the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming and kept the place clean in between customers.

Eveything was fine and as advertised. The tv was really small, that could def use an upgrade. But other than that it was an enjoyable stay

The team at the Vienna House is so kind and helpful. They provided with a kettle upon request and are all around caring. I have stayed many times at the Vienna House, whenever I am in town to see my family. So the familiarity and kind atmosphere is very much appreciated. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable.

I had very noisy neighbours this time and failed to alert the hotel. The other problem I had was access to WiFi, which for some reason was not accessible on either of my devices. This is the first time this has happened.

This is a very comfortable and welcoming hotel. Staff are great, room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

Clean, well equipped rooms with a good bed. Good breakfast and great location to visit Wuppertal.

Great breakfast - wide variety of choices for cold cuts, warm food, selection of breads, fruits and vegetables

The amenities in the room are not suitable for 4 stars. The curtains have holes, stained carpet, small and broken TV. One night stay was doable however very disappointing for the overall price

Spacious room, suitable for people with wheelchairs. Plenty of parking spaces nearby Friendly staffVery nice to receive a chocolate bar ? for no cleaning request ?Super clean!

I would like to have cattle/ coffee maker in rooms, I would like to have a safe so I don’t carry my valuables with me,

Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Room was again simple (no safe, fridge or tea making), but a good size and clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a safe in the room.

Location.

Internet did not work at all, very instable. My wife had to work from the room and use her own internet since the Hotel connection was terrible.Parkhaus under the hotel does not accept credit cards still at this day and age.

the room was very nice, large, with appropriate and modern furniture (table, armchair, luggage rack) and very quiet. the location is nice, albeit not very central. a stop of the fancy suspension railway is just a few minutes' walk away, however the way back is a bit of an uphill slope

the wifi in my room was useless, the signal was too weak und unreliable, it kept disconnecting, so I had to rely on the hotspot of my phone. this was extremely disappointing. I was in room 201, this is the very last of the corridor, I guess too far from the antenna to get a decent signal. make sure to ask for a higher number

Breakfast was ok.

No refrigerator in the room,no boiling kettles and no teas in the room,no iron ,we had to go to the reception to collect them.
