Park Villa Hotel

the room and location

Bistro was average and seemed secondary. We got a frozen carpaccio. While we had breakfast and were the only ones in the bistro, the staff began removing table settings around us and cleaning tables with ajax.

Loved the building and the restaurant. The room and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. Great ambiance!

Having to go up and down elevators to get from one building to the next but it wasnt horrible

Spacious, comfortable, well designed room, green surroundings

No kitchen after 21

A beautiful, authentic building in a secluded location, ideal for a peaceful weekend getaway. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were also very helpful. Will be coming back for sure.

Nothing to be honest.

Atmosphere, not typical business hotels

Location is rather far from the office . The building that seems to got stuck in an industrial zone. Really a pity

Excellent service, great facility, very good breakfast, should work harder on their dinner menu, cas the food wasn't very good

Dinner

Location, Garden, spacious room, unique building

The staff were great. I was upgraded to a suite, they were always helpful and supportive. The hotel was based in exactly the right place for visiting the Ruhr area.

They could have provided some comfortable chairs to relax on in what was a very pleasant garden.

We were very happy with our stay at Park Villa.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious.Would stay there again ?

Can't find anything negative to say

Breakfast with fantastic, but also at a high price. Staff at breakfast were very good and paid attention to details.

Fotos of property and garden did not match reality. It was smaller than expected and the many factories and car noise around did not get the feeling one would expect from the price and photos. The room (at ground floor) had a strange smell, but guess it wos not the case in rooms on 1st floor. Did not have the feeling that the staff could do much about it, so we did not mention it.

The hotel is a great example of a stylish renovation of a historic building with all modern conveniences. Our daughters had a suite in the attic of the old building, which was all beams and sloping ceilings. We had a generous suite in the modern annexe. The staff were super nice. We loved our late breakfasts on the balcony at the back of house.

The hotel is surrounded by a business park.

Very comfortable bed. Dinner was great in the restaurant and service was exemplary. The main building is beautiful.

Very warm, comfortable and spacious room. Nice atmosphere around the main areas of hotel

Can't think of anything.

Very cosy hotel, with a great entrance. The sauna is great with a very nice relaxing space, but don't forget to ask the reception to switch on the sauna.

It's not in a park but on a business park! The hotel itself is a bit of a labyrinth, but it is cosy and done in style. But don't think you can go for a walk in the park.

Very nice old house, but the room was tastefully arranged in a modern style. My room was next to the main entrance so I was a bit concerned for noise of people coming and going, but I didn't notice it at all. Very nice restaurant, had an excellent dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No complaints at all. I'll be back!

Customer service during my stay was personal and friendly from start to finish. Room quality and cleanliness was exceptional. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was thoroughly cleaned and left like new every day. Really enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Have no negatives from my stay - everything was great.

The facilities and the staff where amazing. A proffessional, friendly and home like atmosphere. The service was very good. The food in the restaurant tasted very nice and the bar had an excellent selection. Highly recomend this hotel!

N.A

Really helpful staff who conversed in English when asked asked. The spa is terrific. The dinner and breakfast are excellent.

It can be noisy as the hotel is surrounded by industrial units, so heavy goods vehicles run from the early hours. Closing the windows eliminated the noise, unfortunately the A/C is just as noisy!

Food was great, bathroom is exceptional, easy parking, super friendly.Nespresso machine super, and a mini bar.

Bed was a little soft - better mattresses and would have been perfect

original building is excellent. well kept grounds and facilities.

surrounded by commercial buildings that are in stark contrast to the vintage nature of the hotel.
