B&B Hotel Krefeld-City

Ok standard except the noise.

Not drilling in the rooms next door at 9 AM on a Saturday and then Monday, I understand you need to fix stuff, but it's a hotel, plan it at least for after 12...

Breakfast is nice, good selection and good coffee

Breakfast area is kindof cold. It could use a little heating, at least for the time of the breakfast.

I stayed at this facility for 3 nights with family and friends. The whole experience was superb. From very cool stuff, clean rooms, comfy beds and fresh bedding. The tram is just opposite the hotel and the Hbf less than 10mins away (walking). I strongly recommend :)

I loved how cosy it was the linens was clean the bed was comfortable, shower was clean also.

MY KEY CODE STOPPED WORKING MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO ENTER THE HOTEL WHEN I WENT TO GET A QUICK DRINK FROM THE MARKET THE WEATHER WAS -4 DEGREES LUCKILY THERE WAS OTHER GUESTS AROUND TO LET ME IN SO BE MINDFUL ABOUT THIS. Was informed no early check in available even though I offered to pay the fees, i understand maybe there wasn’t “availability” but when looked on booking.com it showed availability. Late check out was only allowed for additional 2 hours even though i offered to pay for a 4pm check out. The staff is a bit too grumpy like someone forced them to work.

Cleaning ladies almost entered 3 times in my room while I was sleeping. Too noisy. You can hear everything.

Can be a bit loud from the tram, depending on the room. The matrass and the pillows were not the most comfortable, but for 1-2 days, it is ok.

The check-in process is very uncomplicated. I like that the doors are with the code keys. For ne location is very convenient.

We checked in into our room and found rotten mandarins in plastic bag on the floor in the sleeping room which mean there was no supervisor to checked the room after one has clean it.

Convenient location, close to the train station. Clean and beautiful inside

No slippers. And in the bathroom, the water in the sink did not drain

That the check out was till 12, still when i came at 11:50 to pick my suitcase up, the room was already locked and i had to ask the cleaner to open the room as the reception was already close. The beds are also small.

Friendly staff who spoke English and were very welcoming. They also had the sports channel so I could watch the PDC darts final in my room which was great

Parking charge is a pity. It is a discounted rate but I think it should be free for guests

The breakfast was expensive in comparison to whats available to eat its very limited with small potions.

Breakfast was ok for me, my husband was not so keen. Soft boiled eggs would have been nice and sliced breads.

The automatic check in was very comfortable and made our late arrival pleasant.The room was clean, comfy and had everything necessary.The beds were comfy as well.The price was very adequate.We haven't tried the breakfast, but it looked decent.

There was a bit of noise in our room. I would have preferred an usb outlet at every night stand. Very minor things though.

Location is great near gas station and not far away to the train station... room was clean and the bed was cosyThey have electronic check in like atm machine and automatic check out when its your time to leave... so if by chance you came late at night you gonna get your room number and pasword via electronic check in... also cool

Great hotel very close to the center of Krefeld city, room is in great quality for the price and has plenty choices in a good breakfast, staff was also very helpful

The parking space is small and was full, if you need parking you can park next to IBIS,They paid the costs back as compensation.
