ibis budget Krefeld Messe Duesseldorf

Very close to the main train station. Simple but good room. The hotel seemed very quiet while I was there. Breakfast was very simple, but OK, and I was the only one having breakfast for the time that I was there. At the time I arrived, the reception was closed, so I had to the check in on the machine, but it was very easy to do.

Heating in the room was not very good. It is like a central fan, but it did not properly heat, just circulated the air. The lights above the bed were apparently not working.

it was easy to find, the room and bathroom was clean, there was a self check-in counter that made checking in easy and quick.

Breakfast could've included some more variety of options

Very clean room. Very close to the central train station.

Very expensive

LOCATION. Friendly staff.

Got late to the hotel because of problems checking out from the other hotel. The reception was closed and I didn’t know about the alarm button downstairs,so I had to check into another hotel for the night. The lighting in the room is a bit dark. The window Rollo didn’t pull down fully. Couldn’t get into my room. Luckily the warden was there and worked out that the old code now worked. That was a bit scary. This morning I was upset that most of the tables were high and the chairs were high. The low tables were all occupied and I had to sit with strangers. Sad that you don’t give Accord points for this hotel.

Location and stuff

Very small room. Not enough clean, very old and not comfortable. We will never try again this hotel

Shower

Not possible to charge my electric vehicle in the parkingNot possible to pay the parking with bank / credit cardA lot of strange / dirty / homeless people on the streetsPublic transport was not working as expected

The cleanliness and the location

No staff available at certain times just incase of anything ,the beddings are never changed only towels The times the staff are available is just not great for emergency need of staff physically

Neat room, self checking

I read so many bad reviews about the parking next to hotel, so I choose to leave it on the street so I had to walk quite a distance.

Good location.

Beds were small and not very comfortable. No hair dryer or safe provided in room.

Great location, friendly staff

The entrance door is closed 24/7. There is no instructions. They don't give you the code to open it in advance either. After waiting for a long time you find out you need to take your phone and call them in order to get in... A very stupid process

bed was good, room was clean, staff was friendly. Room was small but okay. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good.

Wanted as low as possible, but the best rooms were the highest, so I took that.

Good location

Reception being on the second floor. Only one lift.

Location is superb. About 100metres from train station , and a few bars /restaurants are within walking distance

The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I’ve slept on train station floors that were more comfortable. We traveled In a group & everyone said the same. You will also pay €12 per day for car parking at the hotel

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly

House keeping not changed the clothes on the bed my entire 5 days. They used the same clothes on the bed.

I like the hotel because it's 5 minute walk to the train station. Quiet room on Quiet street. Bank and discount stores 7 minutes from the hotel.

The double bed was too hard for me.

Clean and nice room for a solo traveller. Very friendly staff too!

Not a big thing, but would be nice to have a little more lighting in the room.

Very friendly reception team,Thank you Sergei and Aloena! they made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. When you travel with your cat it is not so easy, hotel is very friendly to animals. Thanks a lot

I loved the clean room and I particularly enjoyed the vending machines near the reception.

I especially hated the entrance system! It is not convenient if you arrive earlier than your check-in time. You have to wait at the streets for the clock to tick exactly 3 pm to be able to enter. I would have preferred to have a common area for waiting. it is a hotel, and not all of us will arrive exactly at 3 pm.

The hotel is near thw train station and the city center

The hotel corridors have bad smell because of uncontrolled smokingThe room is very small

A peaceful and clean

No fridge and wasmachine to wash clothes 1
