The reception staff had no basic knowledge about the hotel. He messed up our check in and gave us a single room. He had no knowledge about the opening hours of the restaurant.In the restaurant We ordered the safe choice a burger. We waited more than 45 min with only 5 other guests in the restaurant. When the Burger came it was so burned and dry you could not eat it. The French fries were burned and small pieces from when the bag is empty. You cannot serve this is a restaurant.Rarely am I critical, but this was the worst experience in years!!!

Very good location who is on transit , nice park around, friendly staff, tasty food, good size room.

The bath , instead of having bath make a wet room because now it's very dangerous.

The location for us was very convenient to visit family. Also, since we were travelling with pets, nice space and area to walk the dogs away from buildings. Room was normal size, nothing specifically special about the room, we were also not long there. But there is a very nice open area where one can sit and read or play games, etc.

Seems a bit unnecessary to have to pay for parking, there is plenty of space and there is nowhere else to park so you forced to park at the Hotel.

First of all we had a real shock that there were no bellman no room service we didn’t even have a room telephone even just go emergency or to ask or to order anything! we had to go downstairs for the receptionist to get even a glass for drinking or to ask for any other help like cleaning the room after leaving it They cleaned only the bathroom once!! there were a fetal problem that we really couldn’t bear or even to have the good break or to enjoy as we were planning as we didn’t have an air condition or even a fan in the room ! Actually for us this was the most bad experience that we have ever had or we went through!

The hotel is in a quiet location.

If you order a king size bedroom, it's quite likely that you will get only two single beds. Stuff have no way to solve it. The beds will be worn and you can forgot about comfort. The AC is only noisy and even if set to 5° (41°F) it never cool down the room. In addition, every day there was something different smelling in the room.

Nice location in the countryside easy to access with good food selection

Rooms are quite noisy , i.e. I heard noise coming from room above mine of somebody moving furniture

The breakfast was very good and on the 2 occasions that we ate lunch there it was very good especially the black angus burger.At the beginning we didn’t get a room that match the one we had booked but we were eventually given another room. The room smelt strong of cleaning fluid which was really irritating. The shower over the bath was difficult to get in and out of. The block became blocked and was fixed but never really worked properly. We changed room for one with a walk-in shower enclosure. In this room the bathroom ventilator didn’t work. We complained but it was never fixed. The toilets in this room frequently made strange noises and the toilet also didn’t flush very well. The rooms surround the atrium which included the bar and restaurant snd it was quite noisy on some evenings.

The location was quiet and away from town next to a golf course. The breakfasts were good as were the bar meals.

I like the location as it is a little countryside. Nice and quiet and is close to the Elfrathers Sea where you can walk or run.

I don't like paying parking in a countryside hotel. it doesn't make sense as you need a car to stay there. (but it doesn't put me off)

The chair in the room was not in good condition.

Food amazing, staff super friendly and helpful

Air conditioning in room did nothing and the room was really hot. Reception explained that the A/C only works if it is hot outside the building. We ended up sleeping with the window open and now covered in insect bites.

I arrived at 20;00 and my room was only half ready, also no free water in the room.

Peaceful, relaxing area with a very nice and secluded hotel. The room was ok. The breakfast was excellent!

The breakfast was really tasty with a huge variety of food choices. Lots of parking spaces in its own garage

My room was not clean at all - lots of dust inside of the broken bed lamps, some dark spots (like blood?) on the carpet… the towels were either synthetic or made of strange cotton which didn’t absorb water.

Heating in room as well as the fan in the bathroom did not work.

Heating did not work in the hotel room. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Too much money for what I got. The door in the hotel room to go to the next room was not locked.

No tea making facilities in the bedroom, and the cost of breakfast (it was very expensive)

Location was good as we had a meeting in the town

The hotel room A/C was not working and the temp in the room during the night was 33c.

Quality wasn't worth the price. The number of options wasn't big enough. The food was partly too old, stayed too long on the menu.
