The location is horrible in the middle of nowhere, but very close to where I needed to be. Wifi is almost usable. Everything is new and clean and mostly working as intended. Enough towels.

They trick you into renting a "two bed" room instead of the usual queen and then tell you it's your fault because you booked through a travel agency. Their trick is to announce availability of "standard rooms" only to fill the room category currently not fully booked. Then the staff tells you, your fault and to f--- off.Food selection is worse than at a gas station. Hotel is usually short-staffed and you wait a lot. Location is horrible unless you have business in the very close vicinity.I stayed 4 times for the location and cleanliness but will stay at other hotels in the future (in fact booking another one downtown right now).

The ventilation did not work - no fresh air in the room. No aircon, no heating. It was possible to open the window, but only a little.

The staff was great. The room was good and clean. There is a little forest for those who like to walk which we did.

Simple but plentiful buffet breakfast.

There is no buffet or sandwich in the evening. You will have to arrange dinner elsewhere!

The hotel was a little further away from city center, this might be slight inconvenience as the hotel has no restaurant for food, just drinks and snacks:

Close proximity to my work place, stayed here before so it was a no brainer to stay again.

Comfortable clean and I have to say I'm not brilliant speaking German but the staff are excellent, kind and extremely helpful.

Everything you need for a one day stay. Good bed, nice lighting, modern design, decent breakfast (make sure to be on time for the breakfast though).

The windows could have been cleaned a bit since there were bugs around the opening of the windows and hence you couldn’t open the window.

I like it here only that the lift was broken down and its really Loud outside teh rooms.The rooms are nice and comfortable.

By not telling the guest that the parking is parking fees, and second day money was deducted from your card amount of 12€ that is very very bad, because their are many places around the hotel that are free parking
