12 large rooms in a renovated industrial building and a very good sustainable restaurant. Just what I ?

Fantastic hotel, full of art and plants. Great staff, fantastic food. One of the best hotels I ever visited.

Breakfast is great, but there is a small manoeuvre space at the buffet.

Great design. interesting solutions. restaurant is quite good and open for lunch. Location is acutally convenient (next busstop to center is 800m.)

The bathroom is very spacious, but there is only a small designer sink and hardly any area to put stuff. I was alone, so no problem, but... Breakfast needs cucumber and cereal (müsli). A station for rental bicycles should be there - maybe one of those companies can be persuaded to do so.

Excellent stay in a design hotel with signature designer rooms , very comfortable beds and wonderfull staff .

In the quiet area, I felt well rested. Comfortable beds.

It would be good to have ironing in the room

A spacious room with an interesting interior, both in the room itself and throughout the hotel.A comfortable and large bed that ensures a good night’s sleep.Large windows that make the room look even better during the day when the curtains are open.The bathroom has both a bathtub and a separate shower. The floor in the bathroom was warm, which added to the comfort.The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, creating a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

The shower had no door or curtain, causing water to splash onto the floor in unwanted areas, which required wiping it up. This was a bit inconvenient.The floor in the main part of the room was quite cold, which caused slight discomfort.

The room looked cozy. For me the most important things were clinloness, comfortable bed and good AC, so I was fully satisfied.

I think breakfast is overpriced.

It's very cool and retro with a very strong design. Breakfast was good. Not many staff but they were mostly very good.

The location. You need to have a car.

Poor quality towels - thin! Poor lighting.

I like the design. Its fun to see the workshops where they make furniture.

Distance from the station.

Staff, location and especially the theme / purpose of the whole site was perfect for us especially as artists. Thank you Piet Hein Eek and team :-)

Very modern and cool place to stay, rooms were absolutely massive and very spacious. Bathroom with the huge bath and shower was very nice The hotel definitely isn't for everyone but myself and my wife are a little weird so it was a great stop off for us on our Netherlands trip

Its a bit far away from the hustle and bustle. 45 minute walk just to get back into centraal Restaurant although delicious only had 9 things on the menu and that was a bit of a shock

Fascinating designer hotel with an interesting history. Lovely spacious room with huge dual aspect windows giving amazing views over the city. Can see the skill of the architect & designer in everything. Excellent breakfast and excellent restaurant on site. Comfortable bed - slept really well.
