The customer service

It wasn’t clean. The pool is very poor and different from the pictures.

No transport facility from this location, had to walk 2 km to catch bus to go main station.

The location was excellent in the vicinity of the airport and the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and our kids really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend for a few nights stay with kids.

The staff at desk was helpful, the room spacious, very clean and tidy, and overall the hotel is well kept.

No shuttle to or from the airport, just a very expensive cab (22€ for a 3 minutes ride). The walk to the airport is 30min on a rough road, so also not really easy. Breakfast could have a wider selection.

Comfortable bed, nice shower. It's close to EIN airport. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Vending machine available at the lobby.

The hotel room was really spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and the back garden has a pool and outdoor activities. The hotel also offers items in case you forgot anything like toothbrush & travel plug! I was super relived about this! The location is right next to the airport I even walked there it was so close & you can get a tram really easy to eindhoven city centre which is a nice place to go. Lots of nice food places!

I didn’t like the price of the food in the hotel. I don’t feel like there’s much choice for an evening meal and it’s expensive for what was offered. Also a lot of prices were added on like parking & breakfast for two which I didn’t use as a solo traveller. It was sorted at the end but if I’d used fast checkout I would’ve been billed for this so be careful with the invoice.

Easy to find. Staff were nice.

It seemed very overpriced. Rooms need renovation. Dinner was expensive and breakfast was just okay. £200 for the room and £80 for 3 bar meals and 3 drinks. Having worked in hotels all my life I would say its more a 3 star that 4.

Room is spatious, there is a kids playground.

Location is 25 mins walk to airport. Not recommended for anything else, it's not that accessible by foot. There is nothing around but forest. We arrived 2 hours early, the room was ready, but if we wanted to check in, it was a 20 euro extra fee, which is so stupid...

Breakfast, rooms, staff

Air conditioning system

Close to the airport, clean and perfect for our over night stay aswell as a great breakfast selection.

Nice property very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, breakfast was great although I would have preferred a changed menu at least as part of it instead of providing the same menu every day, excellent lawn for adults and kids alike, very friendly staff

Nothing much except for a short cut to enter the property for those who walk to the property from the nearest bus stop with kids.

Bar, restaurant, children's garden

Rental bike with child seat

Easy to find hotel right next to the highway and the airport. There is a vending machine for snacks and drinks. You can check in late without any issues. I checked in past midnight. Interesting is the toilet and bathroom being separated.

Breakfast is way too expensive, so I didn't take it. Also, the minifridge is empty. Could have expected at least some cold water.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms, easy to set up the pre-made sofa bed.

Unexpected additional fee for parking.

Comfy beds, clean room, close to airport so good if you stay in this area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location - too far to get to the town centre, we did not have a car so had to use taxis all the time which were expensive as this hotel is out of town.

Rooms big enough , breakfast was ok

Dust all over the place , bathroom had a slight bad smell , long waiting around 10 mins for Someone to come and check us in

The staff

Description was not right, didn’t have free charging and only work for NL residents. No compensation was given from hotel when we told them about charging.

Good beds, shower and light.

Nothing special, reception staff lacked customer feeling and the restaurant was average. The room had 4 adsl connections, but the tv was not connected, lol.
