- Breakfast was lovely, lots of options for any mood. Coffees were nice and there were a lot of extras. Room was really big and spacious, bathroom too. Everything was really clean & tidy. Only complaint was two single duvets - can’t cocoon myself before she steals all the duvet but I guess this is personal preference. When we come back, definitely booking again. Dinners were exceptionally good!
- The location is very central; the hotel offers more than expected. The wellness with sauna and massage made me particularly feel very comfortable. I also visited the hairdresser on 2nd floor, I warmly recommend her service.
- There is a fabulous hair salon at this hotel. We got a fabulous professional specialized scalp cleansing hair treatment done by the even more fabulous hairdresser Julia Findrikova. So peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable. This salon is a bonus to this hotel. We would highly recommend going there.
Cons -
- The carpet in my floor (3rd) was very dirty.
- Receptionist was not listening and excepting problem solution at all. Stuff charged me extra fee for municipality tax even I show booking confirmation where is stated "local taxes included in price". On the top stuff charged me for park the car in their parking place without previous warning that parking place is not included in price.
- Upon check in, I have asked about the restaurant and I was told it is open till 10 p.m. We wanted to have dinner at around 7 p.m., and the waitress told us they have no free tables inside, so we either wait an hour or sit down on the balcony or we are free to go anywhere else. It was a bit chilly outside but we were tired so after a short discussion we decided to sit on the balcony. (Side note: they had a few free tables inside. I get that those were reserved, but they were not occupied during the time we spent there. If a hotel has a certain number of rooms, its restaurant should be able to seat that certain number of people.)As soon as we were seated, the waitress lady informed as that even though they have a very detalied online menu, this week they can only offer a reduced menu, meaning we could choose between 2 meal options, with no price info available. I asked for explanation, as I was not informed about this issue upon check in, nor was this information available on the website. Turned out, the lady could not speak proper English so she needed another person to help her. I was disappointed, because I specifically booked this hotel for its excellent dinner options. At the end, we ordered 3 meals, but no one asked about what we wanted to drink. We were given 1 napkin for 3 people. One of the meals was simply cold, and the waiter (a different person) was very unfriendly when I asked about the price. He could not speak English either. After dinner, I wanted to pay for the meal and he simoly disappeared for about 10 minutes, and I had to go to the counter to be able to pay for my meal...About the room: It was a room with a double bed and a single bed. That means 3 people, although there was no bedside lamp by the 3rd bed and there were only 2 glasses for 3 people to drink out of.Parking comes with a 4 € fee and wellness is 10€/person/2 hours.Breakfast was kind of good but the beverages were horrible, no real juice just cheap, tasteless ones.

The hotel is near the city centre. The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and clean towels, and breakfast was also nice. One of the staff members spoke very good English and she was friendly & helpful.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant. There was free parking on site. It is located right across the street from the main walking street in Hummene, and the historic sights. The coffee in their cafe was very good!
There was nothing that we did not like.
Very solid hotel for a short stay of 2-3 nights. Decent choice of foods for breakfast, convenient location, and good value for the money you pay.
It got a little too warm in the room during the night and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but those were relatively minor inconveniences.
Clean, sweet staff, calm, in city. Good parking
The parking tickets.
The staff was really nice especially since we had to change our room to a lower floor because of a 5.3 earthquake!!
This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, of course, but because of the huge earthquake our room hardly had any lights that worked and the toilet didn’t flush properly.
The hotel had well done restaurant for cheap price. It was the cheapest in price hotel around and for that price I would very much recommend it. Also it was very close to the train station so if you are not travelling by car, you will apreciate that.
We had to turn on the electricity, which would not have been the problem except there was no marker or anything that we had to put the keycard into the casket to activate it.
Was only there for one night but really enjoyed it. Bright clean modern room with a nice view, decent bar and a nice restaurant
Very little to dislike
Very nice hotel. Stayed one night on the road in between driving to other locations. The hotel is modern, easy to find. The room is spacious, has everything new and nice bed. There’s restaurant downstairs.Even though the train station is nearby I didn’t hear any trains. Recommend to everyone.
Breakfast was alright. Coffee was honestly awful.
The breakfast was not great. No help with bags. Parking was far away and many stairs.
Nice, cozy and clean hotel, with all what you need. And perfect bonus was a breakfast which was included to price.
View was good. Bathroom was nice
AC wasn't working. My bed broke. Water damage under windows
Amazingly huge room! I was blown away with how large the room was. Same thing goes for the bathroom, where you actually get a large bath! The view from the window was nice as well. The bed was comfortable, the internet worked well, and the hotel was centrally located. I arrived early and the staff was able to get me a room. They also spoke English. Good breakfast, though a typical Slovak hotel breakfast.
The bathroom didn't have shampoo, which would have been nice.
Excellent hotel. Modern, clean and tidy. 10mins walk from train station. Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff
Beautiful hotel, very polite and helpful staff who all spoke English (that was appreciated!). They gave several suggestions for restaurants that were much appreciated...we enjoyed our best meal in Slovakia at one of their suggestions! Clean, bright, centrally located hotel. Excellent breakfast too! Parking is excellent, free for guests and the staff even opened the downstairs door to the elevator so my mobility impaired father didn't have to walk down the stairs.
Professional staff and balanced cuisine.
Heavy air (due to high temperature) in a room.
Almost everything. Very convenient for the train at Humenne Mesto station (not the main one). Check-in and out was easy. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Great shower.
