Hotel Karpatia

Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Renovated new amenities. Would highly recommend!!!

Clean modern quiet

The coffee

The hotel location, comfortable parking, great bed and fantastic style (interior design)

It is a very modern hotel in the center of the city, with very, very friendly staff and a great breakfast—spacious double room with very comfortable bed and bathtub. Parking is free in front of the hotel entrance. Close to the city center, train or bus station.

Night traffic on the street and train station might disturb some people who are sleeping weakly.

Clean, nice room.

No hot water at night in shower. Morning was a little better.

Relatively newly renovated. Free parking. Nice staff. AC in the rooms.

Super firm mattes, felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillow was very shabby. Relatively small room. Very poor breakfast.

Location, food and stuff.

Location, excellent breakfast, fantastic coffee in the reception..Same like couple years ago(about 6-7?).Thank you.

I heard a music from bar downstairs...I think you deserve better singer :))Why don't you have opened your reception during night or early morning?Connection from Budapest airport -Kosice-Humenne is very complicated..and reception is closed .

Friendly staff

No hot water at 6:00 pm,Poor breakfast,

Everything was quite alright. The restaurant served good food and the staff overall was quite nice to us. Except in the SPA, it was a bit hectic really understanding what is going and there was no one there, also people around didn't know English, but it was fine, we figured it out.

The beds, we were expecting a proper double bed, however it turns out it was a twin bed brought in together. In terms of comfort it was ok, but in the middle of the night I would wake up in between the 2 single beds, this is a common issue when I travel, I am mainly annoyed by the fact it was supposed to be double when I reserved.

There is no minibar with at least one bottle of water. Uncomfortable beds, very narrow and terribly

There is no minibar with at least one bottle of water. Uncomfortable beds, very narrow and terribly hard. For a 4* hotel this is really unacceptable.

A nice hotel at a central location, the city centre is a few minutes walk. Parking available in front of the hotel. The staff was really friendly. The room was renovated, the bed was comfy. The restaurant was ok. There is a fitness centre available.

Quite basic breakfast, weak Wifi coverage at my room

friendly staff, clean bathroom and comfy bed, highly recommended!

The hotel was 5 mins walk from Humenne railway station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The WiFi worked well. Plenty of power points. The shower was nice. Breakfast was good. I would use again

Spent two night in there and have to say all was great! Parking available free of charge during our stay, staff always helpful and smiley. Breakfast included with basic varieties, but fresh and tasty. Wellness located within the premises, but did not try that due to lack of time. At the glance, would go there once again!

The only thing makes me crazy was heavy/warmy quilt and pillow that I did not use at all.

Nice clean hotel in the center of Humenne. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy!

As a four star hotel I would like to see a kettle with some tea/coffe options at the room, and the breakfast! I came 1 hour before closing ane there were 2 slices of bread and wer few opions. The Breakfats option has to be much better!

Breakfast was just perfect, everything was well prepared. Fresh juice, fruit, all ingredients were perfect.

Nice and well equiped interior. We even got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Staff was helpful.

Nothing, everything was fine.

Great receptionist, great price, Clean , nice spa etc

Water in my room just medium warm. At my friends room it was warm.

Receptionist was polite and willing to print my documents, which helped me with my work. Bed was comfortable.

Room was not cozy, does not represent 4* hotel. Breakfast was very poor with cold eggs and cold pancakes. Staff at the breakfast was hiding, TV was too loud with disco music not suitable for hotel.
